If I could give this property a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. This condo is professionally staged (iykyk) and has everything you could ever want in a beach front rental! Clean, clean, clean! Great, comfortable/quality furniture (especially porch furniture), beds were super comfortable and mattresses were in great condition. Living room furniture in great condition and comfortable. Brand new refrigerator - everything you need in the kitchen. Everything was fresh and SO professionally done! The building itself is in exceptional condition - hallyways have new carpet and are fresh, good elevators that move quickly (important when staying on 15th floor), plenty of parking. This place is a homerun - book it!

Was not contacted till day before our arrival day that renovations were going on but they did switch us to another facility quickly BUT that facility was noisy due to building of a pier! overall a great stay and will use again but think a discount would have been nice though!

There were a few small gliches that were handled easily with Kevin. He was great. The condo is lovely and right on the beach. It was a winter visit, so they were doing maintenance on the indoor water park, but the outside pool was nice and warm, which we enjoyed!

Very nice! Condo was very clean and attractively appointed. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed during our week stay. Communication with property managers was helpful with some initial technicalIssues in programming TVs which was much appreciated. The condo instructions were clear and concise as were ramp parking/ permits etc
 We felt safe with a key necessary for access to condo elevators from the parking ramp. No complaints-would stay here again.

We had 9 mo. twins, parents, 2 grandmas and a HS friend. We had room to set up ball pit and activity set in LR. Furniture was kid friendly. Heated pools/lazy river perfect for this time of year. Stairs to beach, but short distance. Staff was friendly/helpful.

The view from the condo is simply superb! The unit is comfortable and spacious. There were some issues with the lights and fan in the master bath. The light issues got resolved, but a replacement fan was not found. The location of the property is not as close to activities as we would have liked since we did not want to rent a car, but we were able to walk to many things. For those we could not we took an Uber/Lyft to get where we wanted to go. Walmart market is definitely within walking distance so that was a plus. I'm very particular about my bed as I age and prefer to have a memory foam mattress to ease the pressure points so the mattress was a bit firm for my liking. It did however, keep me from staying in bed too long. All in all the property has good amenities. The check in process is like nothing I've ever seen. We arrived on an 8:20p flight so needless to say it was very dark outside. The driver's GPS took him to a location a block from where we needed to be to pick up the card keys for the unit. I've never had to go pick up keys for a unit 3 miles from the unit before so that was definitely an inconvenience coming and going. These are things people should probably "know before they go" or even before they reserve!

*Same message that was sent to Owner/Host* There are a few things I do want to point out. 1. The dryer was not drying well so we took a good look at it and removed A lot of lent built up inside the door. 2. I understand it states to bring your own sheets as yours are a basic quality but I do believe they could be better or it's time to replace them. It felt like sand paper on our legs and a good mattress topper would be great coming from someone with a bad back. 3. The bathroom in the master really needs better lighting maybe higher watt bulbs, the toilet ran 80% of the time had to keep bedroom door shut to sleep, the pull nozzle to turn the shower on was hard to pull can see it breaking easily. 4. The 2nd bathroom toilet had the same issue although you could wiggle the handle and it would stop. 5. Our Biggest complaint was the patio doors the one off the living room was almost impossible to open and shut you had to use every bit of strength to open/shut my husband could barely do it. If you had an elderly couple/someone with a disability. Example I had Shoulder surgery in November and it has been irritated since trying to open/close. So some people renting I don't foresee them being able to open it. The master patio door was bad as well but a lil easier so we had to end up just using it although it was very hard. 6. The balcony lights could not find any switches to turn on. Just letting you know if I was an owner I would want to know.

We were very pleased with this property. The beach was very accessible, and the pools were great. An added bonus was having (4) elevators, so very little time was spent waiting. Also, the elevators went from the ground level to the 15th floor in 15 seconds. The parking garage made loading / unloading a breeze. The one item that was aggravating was the weight of the balcony doors which were so heavy that it was almost impossible to open / close

Absolutely LOVED the condo. Super clean, great location and an amazing balcony (huge) with very comfortable furniture! Very tastefully decorated and the property was great! The check in and checkout process is a bit cumbersome and not having keyless entry to facility and the room was a bit of an inconvenience.. It would certainly NOT keep me from staying there again,it really was a very nice condo. Thank you to the owners for sharing your slice of heaven. My sister and I had an amazing week of antique picking and beach time

This was the second time in two months staying in this unit. I traveled with my husband, daughter and nephew and the condo was the perfect size for us. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we were able to cook our meals at home and not have to worry about finding a place to eat. There is nothing like staring at the ocean from your balcony -- talk about peace! This is definitely our happy place!

Enjoyed our trip overlooking the ocean. Biggest problem we had was the garage..narrow and sharp turns especially with a truck. Some went fast not paying attention to the corners..almost had a head on twice. Thankfully we found the overflow parking for most of the week. Thanks for allowing to have some great memories at your condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Atlantic in 1504! The property was conveniently located and the condo was quite spacious. The kitchen was stocked with just about anything you would need to make a great meal. The bed in the primary bedroom was incredibly comfortable. Our grown son stayed in the second bedroom and his only comment was that the mattress protector on the bed was 'noisy'. One thing that could be improved is a more thorough cleaning of the floors. It was cold outside during our stay in December so we wore socks in the condo to keep our feet warm. Unfortunately, our socks got extremely dirty each day. The good news is they have a nice washer/dryer in the condo so we could wash as needed. The view was incredible and we would definitely stay there again!

Great resort and property. Very clean and pictures are very accurate. Check in is a slight inconvenience because the keys are located a 12 minute drive away. Overall would stay again!
