Please rest assured I’ve shared your feedback with them in order to make necessary changes in required areas for maximum guest comfort. Our target is to provide an exceptional quality service. I apologize for letting you feel otherwise. As for ice, we have ice bags for sale that you could've purchased at the front desk.

À notre arrivée, nous avons eue la surprise de voir que la réservation avait été annulée par l'hôtel. Nous avons réussi à avoir une chambre mais non sans complication. Après 20 heures de route en voiture que de plaisir que de se faire dire Ahhhhhh non nous voyons bien que vous avez réservé via Hotels.com mais nous avons flushé votre réservation....et ben. L'hôtel a gelé dans le temps des années 1970 et ne fait que corriger les problèmes majeurs au lieu d'investir dans son établissement. Donc des problèmes il y en a à la pelletée.....et il en apparaît de nouveaux à tout les jours. Cela va des fourmis rouges dans l'espace gazon qui piquent ( la direction est au courant de la situation mais ne corrige rien). L'air climatisé qui est plein de moissisures etc.... De plus le WiFi n'est à peu près pas disponible... Cela dépend de la chambre et il faut aller sur le coin de la poubelle pour obtenir un semblant de signal...On est tout de même en 2017. Le site est bien mais la place a besoin d'aide.

The young lady at the desk was wonderful and so helpful. The location is just great with ocean views and many restaurants to walk to. The only negative is the building is older and could use a bit of updating but it was immaculately clean and when I asked for towels they came immediately. I will definitely be back!

First and only hotel I ever stayed at that I had to pay for ice. Had to get a key for the ice machine/box walk across high traffic area unlock the box. Take the key back to front desk and pay $3.00 for the bag of ice. Only need a small amount! Said o could get into the the room early once it was clean. Had to wait until my actual check in time which was ok. Problem was girl at the counter was not too concerned with getting me into my room because she was on the phone at front desk and afterwards checked her own personal phone. Lots of folks drinking outside and making tons of noise. No elevator, 3 flights of stairs with people sitting in my way a lot of my one night stay. Won’t ever go back there for sure! Awful experience and dirty! Toilet had a real bad smell because it was not secure to the floor I think is why. I can’t say enough bad about it really My bad for going cheap I guess…. Lol!

checked in late at night. room was nasty and bathroom was dirty. clerk agreed to cancel the rest of stay. I contacted expedia via their virtual agent and cancelled. if I am charged for the last two nights I will seek a third party's assistance to get refund. expedia should check out the hotels they make reservations for.

The property location is very good and right on the beach. The view from the room is pretty good. However, the rooms' cleanliness and condition could be a lot better. There is a lot of scope for renovation. The AC was too noisy and outdated.

Disaster
The room was clean, other than that the entire stay was a disaster! Wrong room, no ocean view, not a king size bed, almost zero lighting except for a plug in lamp that had to be unplugged to plug n the coffee pot, water pressure in shower was a drip, no soap or shampoo provided, our daughter who lives in Myrtle beach came as we were checking in and the front desk accused us of trying to have a 3rd person in the room! A total of maybe 200 square feet, no room to do anything but lay on the bed, the mattress was worn out and sunk to the middle, no elevator so hauling luggage to the 3rd floor!! The worst part is Hotels.com did nothing about it and the hotel refused to refund our money, so we were stuck, the first night upon check in I requested a supervisor from hotels . Com to call me back, 2 days later I had to call again, again no results!! Never have received a call back from Hotels.com, so apparently customer service no longer exists. I am trying hard not to really say what I think!! Worst experience ever with the booking company and hotel!!

Pleasantly surprised, room was clean, A/C was cold, pool was clean, great beachfront location, fairly quiet (non-holiday stay), stores in walkable distance, full-size coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave, not too big so not overcrowded, great friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again...price was right for the location!

This was a pretty nice hotel for the money it was not the nicest hotel nor was it the worst hotel i ever stayed in. Staff was very nice. Pool and hot tub were clean and worked.beds and pillows need some updating though

The oceanfront location is great, with plenty of activities and reataurants nearby. This is an older motel with recent limited interior renovations. The bathroom (Room 222) was nicely upgraded and there were no issues with cleanliness or hot water. The room itself is "tired" but functional, with good heat/ac. The bed was fair, the pillows cheap, the linens and towels thin. For the price however, it is exactly what was expected. The motel is very pet friendly, so if you are allergjc or sensitive to minor pet odor, beware. All in all, not a bad value for the money - just remember that you get what you pay for.

It would have been nice to know that the pool was not filled and the cats all around the property need to go . Between the urine all over the parking lot and the smell of feces in the back of the motel - it was just unsanitary.

Our Stay was Great. The new Rooms were Clean.
Our stay was great/ the hotel was great, the owner she was amazing. Very kind and made sure we had everything. The rooms are renovated to beautiful room. The bathroom was awesome, the beds were nice clean and comfy, It was very clean. They did an amazing job with the rooms, and the new light fixtures. Bathroom, tiles and Murrow vanity. I will be coming back again.

We had a neighbor whose door banged about 8 times Thursday night, 6 times on FRIDAY NIGHT, 8 TIMES ON Saturday night. The room was clean, the front desk and the maintenance person were friendly. The Mattress needed to be replaced.

We enjoyed a weekend stay during the off season. They’ve been undergoing renovations and I believe they’re still in the process. Our room was clean, great location, and parking was available. Great budget option.
