Condo as pictured in brochures

Everything was as it should have been only one problem with the corner of the carpet as you go to balcony was curled up. Trip hazard we taped it down. All utensils you would need except cheese cutter(used dental floss to cut velveeta cheese)

family trip

main complaint.. ad sleeps 8 but dining table only has room ( and chairs) for 6. same in living area, only seating for 6. should not have to bring straight chairs from dining. great views and location. carpet corners curled up creating a trip hazard we rolled it up and moved out of the way. sparse kitchen utensils. master shower needs safety grab rails for slippery floor would not book this unit again. does not meet expectations for a LUXURY unit

Unit 1106

The location, parking, beach access, outside building conditions were wonderful. This unit was spacious and well laid out. The ocean view is spectacular. It was clean and quiet too. The only thing was it was a little outdated and worn looking mainly paint, carpet, and appliances. We also had a disappointing discovery about renovations with the indoor pool and hot tub that we were not informed was taking place. I am sure upon completion these areas will look really good. It was one of the reasons for booking then my grandsons didn’t get to use them. Overall the good outweighs the bad so we still had a great time.

Could’ve been better

Overall the place was okay. However, upon arriving we immediately noticed the dishwasher was not working correctly so we had to hand wash all of our dishes. There were several other issues that we pointed out to the property manager acknowledged but didn’t really do much about during our stay. We noticed them of the pots being in really bad shape and they did bring a new set while we were out for the day without notifying us that they would enter the place. None of the doors within the unit has locks on the doors including the bathrooms. Overall, our stay was okay but cleanliness and maintenance within the unit could’ve been a lot better.

Retired best friends

We are three retired couples that like to vacation together. This condo was perfect. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was exactly what we wanted. The living room seated all of us as did the dining room table for cards each night. The dishwasher did not work. Maintenance did come look at it and decided it needed a new motor so we didn't have that for the week. However, that was really no big deal. We hand washed the dishes. The unit was perfect. The weather was great. Golf was so-so but everything can't be perfect. The guys still had fun. We would love to stay here again!

View can’t be beat!

Well appointed unit with more than enough space for 4 of us to spread out and not feel like sardines. View is amazing and we saw dolphins from the balcony many mornings!

Exactly as described!

Lovely spacious unit. Clean and all the amenities you need. Couple of maintenance issues (bedroom drawer malfunction and coffee maker quit on us) but both were dealt with very promptly after call to the hosts. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Place to Stay Right on the Beach

Our family made our first trip to Myrtle Beach and found this condo on VRBO. We read the reviews, reviewed the property and photos and booked a solid week. We were not disappointed. The check in process was all electronic with easy to follow instructions. The interior of the condo was clean and comfortable. The location to beach was fantastic, it was only about 10 min to go down the elevator and walk to the beach. In fact, it was easy for us to go up and down to the beach at will. Three bedrooms each with three fulls baths makes this really good for large families. Is there room for improvement? Sure, nothing is totally perfect. The interior walls could use a fresh coat of paint, the faucet in the kitchen was a bit sensitive to dripping, and the sliding door from the master bedroom to the balcony was stuck closed (the main door to the balcony from the family room worked just fine). None of these were issues that had a significant impact on the enjoyment of the stay. They were minor issues that could be worked around no problem. The property manager can be reach via text or phone and are responsive in following up. Overall, this is a great find for a 3 bedroom condo on the beach. We are saving this location to our favorites and would definitely book it again.

Great location, family friendly complex

Family stayed 6 nights during July 4th week. Overall we were satisfied with the stay. Great location, away from the noise downtown but close enough to everything else. Also you’re on a quiet part of the beach. The complex isn’t anything amazing but it checks the boxes. Two hot tubs, a lazy river, outdoor pool, indoor pool and small indoor kids pool. Pools aren’t huge but most families were using the beach. Every interaction we had with guest/tenants were positive. Parking is easy. Your 13 minutes from Broadway and 22 minutes from barefoot landing. You’re less than 5 minutes away from grocery stores, coffee and food. The place it’s self could use some love. Furniture seems outdated and has some normal wear and tear. But we didn’t have issue with the beds or anything. I thought the place was dirty. The master shower is absolutely disgusting and should be a health hazard. You can tell who ever cleans it doesn’t clean under and furniture or dust anything. Besides the face that it needed some love, we still enjoyed our stay and loved the location.

Location and View!

Location/view were perfect! Rental office was responsive to text messages/calls. Condo complex was nice but the condo unit itself could use some updates (kitchen, tile/carpet and furniture). All 5 beds squeak when getting on them or when you roll over. The kitchen was a hot mess...read the reviews stating no frying pans. Still no frying pans, brought some just in case. Comfortable for 6 adults for a week stay. Unit was very clean.

Myrtle Condo

Condo was clean, Kitchen was reasonably furnished though it had no fry pans. Fortunately I brought most of the kitchen items needed to cook with. I was disappointed with the overall complex management not keeping their guests in check in the common area (pool) from using loud music and in general taking over the area. Sent a note to the condo owner and did not receive a response from them.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was a wonderful condo in a great location! Loved our stay and hope to return again. The layout of the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for our family. Beautiful view from the living room and balcony. BIG screen TV was a big hit for those not going out everyday to the beach. Definitely would stay there again.

Relaxing Stay

We had a great vacation! The condo was in a convenient location and the beach wasn’t crowded at all, which was super nice. The pools were clean and we enjoyed the lazy river, but the indoor pool was no longer enclosed and not heated. So we didn’t use it as it was too cold. They may be replacing the glass enclosure, but had not communicated about it so I am not sure. The condo/rooms were clean and well kept. The only suggestion I would make is to replace the mattresses. They are extremely loud. So if you sleep with anyone who tosses and turns or gets up at night, plan on getting up with them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would have liked to stay longer! Thank you for allowing us to visit!

Large Condo in a great location

This is a great 3 bed, 3-bath condo in a great location for beach, walking, and pool. The unit is clean, and the pictures do represent what to expect. Eating and drinking establishments are a few blocks inland.
