Resort 5 etoile géré par des amateurs
A l'exception de la taille de la chambre il n'y a rien d'un 5 etoile en terme de service. On est arrivé ici après un sejour a l'île matamanoa et la différence en terme de service était incroybale. Aucun service personnalisé, et personnel amateur: - Impossible d'avoir une serviette de plage sur 3 jours, a chaque demande elles etaient en cours de nettoyage - a chaque demande room service, menage, bagagerie il faut attendre bien longtemps et appeler souvent - le menage le deuxieme jour n'a pas été fait il a fallu appeler 3 fois pour avoir un semblant de menage a 16h - on est arrivé un jour en avance et j'avais fait une deuxième resevation sur hotels pour la nuit supplémentaire, le personnel voulait que je libere quand meme la chambre a 12 pour avoir une autre a 15h, il a fallu insister pour voir un manager et finalement rester dans notre chambre 2 heures de perdues - d'ailleurs vous n'aurez jamais votre chambre avant 15h en arrivant - au diner de la dernière soirée il y avait un buffer au restaurant principal, madame a demandé à voir le buffet avant de decider si on mangait la bas ou dans un autre restaurant du resort. La personne a l'accueil ne propose qu'un d'entre nous aille voir le buffet et l'autre reste à la porte j'avais vraiment l'impression d'être au boui boui du coin, je me suis énervé et heureusement le chef est sorti s'excuser très rapidement En partant on a souhaité échanger avec un manager sur notre experience on a attendu 1 heures pour rien

The staff went the extra mile to accommodate any request. They provide a golf buggy pick up and drop off around the resort (it is 2km long) and also run a modified buggy (bula bus) constantly 24/7. The villa was exactly as we booked and they even thought to put us a short walk to the restaurant (1 of 3) that was closest to us.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Check in was not good, the lady double charged the hold on my card and even though I showed her my statement, she would not release one unless I called my bank to confirm, not a good start to our holiday. Room was a good size and was clean and comfortable, great having a bath and shower. We had an issue with our aircon one night but it was fixed very quickly. The staff driving the Bula express around the resort were great. Poolside service is very slow and expensive. Overall, having stayed at all other Denarau resorts, this being the cheapest and probably the least luxurious. I would stay again but only as a cheap alternative.

The resort is absolutely stunning, the pools were absolutely beautiful. The beach wasn't very appealing to swim in, but had great sunsets if you just want to go for a walk in the evening. The staff was absolutely fantastic, not a single complainant about all the workers there. They made our stay unforgettable. The rooms could use a little bit of maintenance, nothing major but stuff like lights not working, tiles wobbly, and toilet / shower door not closing properly and sink / bath plug doesn't work properly. Minor stuff, nothing that ruined our stay. Great location, Bula bus takes you straight to the marina and comes every few minutes. Location was excellent. Breakfast was decent but we paid for a buffet dinner and a fire show one night and the dinner was way overpriced for the quality of food we received. Much preferred going to the marina for food, I tried different restaurants for dinner and they were all excellent quality at the marina. Overall very good stay, and will be back. I have to say it again, the people working there really made our stay memorable. Vinaka!

Sprawling property that allowed plenty of space for everyone, unlike some other Denerau hotels. Food was excellent and staff made a genuine effort to please. Lovely setting on the beach. Very relaxing.

The staff at Hilton Fiji is just incredible! Bula Bula! So attentive and friendly! Just know that it is pretty much as long of a walk from end to end as it is to the Wyndham 4 resorts down the beach. Thankfully the Bula Express (large golf cart) runs from early morning until late at night.

We had a room walking directly out to the beach - private, beautiful outlook, clean, well presented. The staff were delightful and nothing was too much bother for them. Definitely recommend a stay at the Hilton!

Hilton is the perfect place to relax and unwind, while being close enough to pop into the port for shopping, boating and dining. The food and cocktails were great, the rooms were huge with all the kitchen and bathroom essentials. The adults only pool/dining/bar was perfectly positioned away from the rest of the resort with golf buggies to get you around the resort that stretches along the beach.

My 2nd stay at Hilton but the room facilities were terrible. Not the value for the amount of money I paid. Water from AC dripping on our face at night. AC making loud noises so couldn’t sleep half the night. Washing machine did not work n water was all over the floor. We asked someone to have a look but no one came. Pool closes at 7 pm which is ridiculous. I don’t think I would go back. Apart from this people working at Hilton are friendly n lovely. Not their fault that facilities are terrible n checkin with Fiji Airways was convenient. I would appreciate that they let us checkout at 12

The property is dated. The check in procedure is complicated and cumbersome. I had food poisoning in one of the buffet meals. The breakfast is same most days. The coffee machine during breakfast dont work. The checkout procedure is difficult. Wifi in rooms can be variable from one spot to another. Stay will not be recommended.

The staff is top notch and very friendly. They go above and beyond for their guests. The resort is very long but they have a bus system that runs from one end to the other. Room is very nice but being near the restaurant is a bit loud with the music until they close. All and all a great choice for a relaxing resort.

This is a basic 2 star accommodation The apartment we stayed in was quite spacious but decorated in 1970’s style with bulky wooden furnishings The whole resort needs an update it is old and not well maintained Some staff are friendly and happy unlike what we have found at other resorts where all staff are happy and welcoming I guess you get what you pay for and we were in need of accommodation at last minute due to a delay in our departure
