"Das Hotel befindet sich im City of Dreams Casino und war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir bekamen noch ein Upgrade und so ein tolles grosses Zimmer mit unendlich viel Platz und einem grossen Badezimmer. Das Bett war top und auch die Dusche liess keine Wünsche übrig. Neben dem City of Dreams, wo es diverse Restaurants gibt, liegt auch das Ayala Malls Manila Bay in unmittelbarer Nähe, wo es auch Restaurants zu günstigeren Preisen gibt. Wenn der Preis stimmt würde ich hier immer wieder absteigen."

"What is the meaning of "sound proofed"? That you even hear cockroaches dancing on the table? Or hear everything from other rooms doing their love-games? Or roosters and dogs from outside? And who really proofs that "sound proofed" is no fake? At this Hotel it is definitely fake and with all the very cheap interior and a 2 sqm bathroom - how is it possible to promote this as 5***** Hotel? Total Scam, and unfortunately HOTELS.COM is a part of that ugly daily business to deceive customers. "

"I stayed at Solaire during New Year’s Eve, and the experience fell short of expectations. The property is a casino resort and seems heavily tailored to casino players, leaving limited options for non-gamblers. The New Year’s Eve party was exclusively for casino members, and while another show was available, it was sold out. For non-casino guests, there wasn’t much else to do, making the experience underwhelming. The room had issues as well. The air conditioning was dusty and didn’t cool effectively, which detracted from comfort. Dining was frustrating. At a restaurant within the casino (not operated by Solaire), service was slow—it took 45 minutes to get our food, and not all meals we ordered were served. We left after paying for what we got. Adding to the disappointment, we requested two champagne glasses at 9 PM and only received them at 12:40 AM—after the fireworks. For a hotel costing €1500 for three nights, this level of service is unacceptable. Solaire might work for casino players, but for others, it lacks inclusivity and service quality."
