Other Things to Note:

The home stays naturally cool thanks to the air conditioning in both units — a real luxury in wine country. This privately-owned condo is within the Silverado Resort community but managed by Casago — no daily resort charge. On-site restaurants, market, and shops are open to all. Spa, fitness center, and championship golf are operated by Silverado Resort with their own access policies — please verify directly with the resort. Excellent public courses like Chardonnay and Eagle Vines are nearby. The community pool (4 feet deep) is open Memorial Day through Labor Day and is just steps from your door. Download speeds of 18.3 Mbps support streaming and remote work needs. The primary renter must be 25 or older. Both patios offer lovely spots for morning coffee or evening wine — the Unit 381 patio catches beautiful afternoon sun. The community pool is open approximately May through October; it is closed during the cooler months.
