Lovely Place

We really enjoyed the location and the unity for our eight days in Maui. The pools, pickle ball and shuffleboard were all big hits with our kids. Would definitely stay here again.

The outlets in the condo need to be changed. Some not working at all & others were very loose .

We had 4 adults in our group. We enjoyed the well kept grounds, very pretty. The pool was great and we loved the location!

Family trip to Maui- good place to stay

The property was in a good location. Pool was good as was the hot tub at the property. Unit had everything you need. Food options and grocery not far away. Only downside was the downstairs guest room didn’t get air from the window mount AC in the dining room so the room was a bit warm even with the flip out panel windows open and ceiling fan on. Upstairs room seemed to be cooler. Overall was very clean, beds were fine, size was good, balcony was nice to have breakfast on, and had a decent view from the balcony of the property and water. They have tennis courts on the property to. Parking close to the unit at night was sometimes a challenge. They also have family activities on site like leai making. Would consider to stay again but would prefer some AC in the downstairs bedroom as was a bit warm during our stay outside in June like in the upper 80s.

Terrific unit at a great location!

We loved our stay at the Papakea! The unit was on the 4th floor and had a beautiful view of the koi pond below and the ocean beyond. The loft and upstairs bathroom were perfect for our teens, and we enjoyed the downstairs bedroom. There is no dining room table, but we enjoyed eating dinner on the balcony which has a table and 4 chairs. The unit was clean and bright, and we kept the windows and balcony door open which kept the unit cool without needing to turn on the air conditioner. We had a great time - highly recommend!

Awesome stay in Papakea

beautiful place with gorgeous view and centrally located. Sunsets and whale watching from the property were incredible. The property manager was very hands on making sure our stay was wonderful. The unit had lots of add ons like beach chairs, umbrella's, boogie boards and putters for the putting green. thanks

Staying at papakeau resort was so nice! Great location, beautiful nearby beach, comfortable condo and amazing weather. Maui is gorgeous and the price is reasonable for this 2 BR 2BA condo, a cute little spot to call home for a week. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property!

Great stay and location

We enjoyed our stay and the property matched the description well. The location is wonderful for being able to enjoy many of the sites. Unfortunately we had a problem with the washing machine not working. Although it got repaired, it took many calls to the property manager to finally get resolved. It was disappointing the lack of follow-up from the property manager even though it was requested multiple times. Overall though, the property was clean, family friendly, and quieter than larger resorts which was nice for our family.

Beautiful property!

This property is even better than we could have imagined. Clean, spacious, well stocked and expertly maintained by My Perfect Stays. Super responsive and attentive hosts! Incredibly comfortable beds, plenty of towels and tons of beach and property amenities. Our boys (age 13, 11 & 9) LOVED the putting green, koi pond, shuffle board and pickleball courts! Incredible view from the balcony. Close to Black Rock/Ka'anapali beach (go early and park in Whaler's Village). Cruzin Cafe around the corner has great breakfast/lunch. Walking distance to plenty of markets and other cafes. Really loved the adorable Honokowai beach park just down the street. Highly recommend Papakea, this unit (J406) and My Perfect Stays for families--it really was perfect stay!

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time, although it was difficult with something’s due to COVID. The condo was so clean and well put together. Beach chairs, umbrellas etc. I would definitely stay again.

Great location in West Maui

Not quite a mega resort (which is a good thing), the unit was well equipped for our family, and in a good location for our daily explorations. At the end of the day we would return to enjoy the sunset from large oceanfront lawn and enjoy the pool.
