Wonderful, quiet location! The view is what makes this spot special. We walked every day to the sandy beaches at Napili or Kapalua Cove. Condo is in good condition; has everything you need. AC was great on sunny days. Host communicated well and we were very happy with our stay. Will come again!

Location, location, location. The view of the ocean is absolutely stunning. The property is well maintained and in a quiet area on the islands. I love Napili and Kapalua area for hiking, rock, jumping and lovely restaurants.The only negative I would say about the property is the pools are basic and could use more landscaping and shade, however the views of the ocean are stunning.

Amazing view!

My friends and I have stayed in C21 at Napili Point several times, and this unit is always a treat. The view from the lanai, and from the upstairs bedroom, is amazing. I love to sit on the lanai and watch the sea turtles! The unit has everything you need for a relaxing stay at Napili Point!

This condo was perfect. That view is absolutely stunning. We loved watching the turtles and rainbows. Swimming with the turtles right outside the back door was the highlight of our stay. Our teenaged kids loved the bay, which was a short walk. The condo was perfect for us. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The resturant next door, 5231? ...might be different numbers, was delicious and our server was the nicest person. This condo is in a great location and came with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We loved it!

AMAZING location

I don't know how you can get a more perfect location than being steps away from snorkeling with turtles. The interior of the unit is modern with everything you need to enjoy your time on Maui, including AC. The beds were comfortable and perfect setup for our family of 4. Ample parking and no other issues while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo had everything we needed! The bedroom has a king bed with lots of room for storage. Beach Supplies: There were 4 chairs, two coolers, pool noodles, two good beach umbrellas and a few sets of snorkels/fins in the unit. The kitchen had everything we needed too.

Wonderful location and view. Easy grocery shopping and convenient restaurants. Not too easy to get to a beach with any parking available. Unit was well equipped and quiet. Wished there was an more adjustable arrival and departure time window rather than exact time you had to arrive and depart.

Perfect place for a relaxing family vacation

Perfect place for a family of 4 to stay. Napili Point is a nice complex in a great location - check-in and parking was super easy. The view was incredible - we saw multiple turtles from the lanai every day. A/C was super nice and the beds were very comfortable - note we did not use the pull out couch so we can't speak to that. Laundry in unit was a huge plus and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs and boogie boards were also a plus. I'm giving this 5 stars - my only small complaint was that the unit next door was being renovated during most of our stay so there was a lot of drilling/hammering/loud noise etc. but we were gone during the day most days so it wasn't too bad. I love the proximity to Napili Market (very quick drive) and Napili Bay (walking distance)! Very easy check-out as well - no major chores. Highly recommended!

Sweet Location

We loved our stay in Napili and at this property. At first glance, the entrance to the residence is not all that welcoming, coming off a parking lot. But the back of the condo faces a lagoon and the ocean and is amazing. We loved the property more each day we were there. It is clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. While it doesn't have AC, we found that opening the front and back doors cooled the house immediately and the sun shades work well. We loved the close and (relatively) easy access to the lagoon where turtles are abundant. We also loved sitting on the back deck and watching the turtles pop up for air. The location is ideal for walking to other beaches and accessing the Napili Trail. And we went into Lahaina numerous times for great dinners. The Service Team was responsive and the area felt very safe. All and all, a great experience!

NO AC in Maui?

The location was excellent, beautiful and convenient walking trails and beach…condo was OK, it is a bit dated, and the furniture needs updated and / or cleaned, but a condo in Maui with NO air conditioning? After a hot day in the sun and sand coming home to a nice cool condo would certainly be expected. I would understand if I was a budget condo, but the nightly rate was not cheap, and we were sweltering is a stuffy hot apartment every night…buyer beware…my advise find an air conditioned unit for the same price…or my advise to the owner, install an AC and charge a few more dollars per night to cover it…We made the best of it, but we saved and planned this vacation a long time and were not comfortable in this apartment.

Awesome Nāpili Shores!

We loved our stay in this condo! The view from the lanai was great. The condo was fully stocked with enough toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, and dishwashing detergent to last us for the entire stay. That was awesome. There is plenty of parking. The walk to the beach is manageable and there were plenty of beach, chairs and towels. If you are a family of four, this is a great option for you. I would definitely stay here again. For those considering this property, it does get full afternoon sun, so the afternoon is warm, but the air conditioning worked well inside if you wanted it. Also, the king size bed is in the back of the unit (nice rooom!) and the two twin size beds are upstairs in the loft area. If the adults using the king size bed get up early, there are very few places to go, other than the lanai, until the people upstairs in the loft wake up.My comment for the property manager is that it might be time to replace the patio furniture.. And it took us a couple days to figure out how to work the electric sunshade (nice feature!) on the porch. Maybe I just missed the instructions in the three ring binder. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location but no A/C

This condo worked well for 4, but we had 6. It says sleeps 6… but technically only Sleeps 4 comfortably just not 6. We tried to use the sleeper sofa but extremely uncomfortable so they had leave and find a hotel. The biggest issue is this unit does NOT have A/C!! Even though it was November it was extremely HOT & Humid, especially in the loft !! Most other units in this complex have A/C and those units were chilling. The other issue is the Mgmt of this condo believes they only need to provide for one roll of TP for a week’s stay. We contacted them and their response was we only give a starter amount. Seriously. Spend $5k for a week and the skip on toilet paper??!!😳

Not what we expected after waiting 30-years for Maui V-Kay

When we arrived at night the unit, we could not get in. The access key lock was broken. Had no clue who to contact after no response from the owner or vacation folks. We finally spotted another couple in the parking lot, and they had no idea what to tell us. After an hour, someone else showed and told us to walk to the entrance and there is a small sign with a number to call the security guard. Guard arrived and could not gain access - no spare key was provided by owner. Guard called the manager. We waited and waited. After two hours, they broke the key lock and gave us a key. The owner never called us back. Upon entering, we realized the kitchen had several roaches. This continued all during our stay. We were told by management to use Raid. Found two empty Raid containers in pantry. The master bedroom overlooks the ugly parking lot. Had to keep shades shut the entire time due to people walking by and pole light shining into room at night. Folks this was more than $500 per night for this place. The coffee maker needs replacing. Very dirty. The silverware has rusts stains. For $500 plus per night, you would think they could pay for pest service and provide a nice coffee maker with rust-free silverware. Good luck people.
