Séjour de rêve
Magnifique appartement avec beaucoup de charme, une vue de rêve et une situation très proche de tout. Et pour être dans l' hyper centre très calme. Mais surtout si vous avez besoin d'un renseignement votre interlocutrice toujours présente vous donnera d'excellents conseils. Qu'une envie : Revenir.

Even better than we expected!
This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely part of Naples. Check in was easy. We felt very safe and comfortable as a family of 4 in this very beautiful and spacious apartment. It was such a luxury to have a kitchen, a doorman and a washer. If I ever get back to Naples I would be so lucky to stay here again. 100% satisfied and then some!!

Lovely, spacious apartment that easily accommodated 5 adults. And what a pleasant surprise to have it decorated for Christmas. The tree was an extra special treat for my family and I. Great location within walking distance to anything you need.

Look no further!!
After waiting over 3 years to finally stay at this amazing apartment in Naples, it was everything we hoped for. It is centrally located, clean, and the accommodations are spot on. The best part? The view every morning of the sun rising over the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. Would not hesitate booking this wonderful apartment again.

The location of and view from this property can’t be beat. Sitting in the living room with the window open, curtains blowing in the breeze, sounds from the street and view of the water is so relaxing and you feel immersed in Naples. The unit itself is very nice. Great to have two bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. The dryer is a bit challenging and we ended up just air drying our clothes after hours in the dryer. The beds are a bit firm also but that seems to be the norm in Italy. The housekeeper is a sweetheart and responds quickly to texts. She was very helpful. A friend recommended this unit to us and we will recommend to others.

The Views Alone !!
Great apartment, spacious and clean, 3 full bedrooms and the views never get old. Great location, once you get there, but not walkable from train station. Very busy street on the weekends, just fyi. Furniture in pics is not 100% accurate, (as at Mar 2023), but doesn't detract at all. We had a great stay and would stay again if back in Napoli ! Thanks Linda & Annalisa !!

Perfect location for everything
We came to Naples to use it as a jump off point for going to amalfi coast, capri and Pompeii. we didn’t realize how close to the center of town this home. We walked to our pasta making class, took a cab to the catacombs, walked to multiple excellent restaurant and stocked up at a market that was 3 minutes away. Annalisa the housekeeper helped with all the details of taxis picking us up at the train station and much more. The house is walking distance from almost everything and the views of the bay, my Vesuvius, capri island, the amalfi coast and everything else you can imagine are breathtaking. It’s a wow factor place and we’d boom again in a heartbeat. Left loving Naples because we spent more time exploring since weather cancelled one of our trips. Lots to do, lots of pride in their city and great people. Definitely recommend!

We have traveled and stayed at numerous apartments in Europe and this was by far the best. The location is great and there are numerous excellent places to eat in close proximity. When we return to Naples we hope we can stay here again.

OMG. There are no words that can describe the home away from home. Simply amazing! What you see in the pictures is what you get. Spoke with Linda who answered our questions and passed on Annalisa’s, the property manager’s number who meet us and walked us though a couple of things with grace. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended the apartment to friends. 100 out of 10!!!!

Absolutely Stunning!
We ended our family vacation with a few nights in Naples. I had surprised my family with this beautiful property and it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in our jaws dropped. The photos don't do it justice and we spent the first hour walking around each room talking about how beautiful it was... not to mention the breathtaking view! The property felt extremely safe and the concierge was very helpful. Annalisa helped coordinate a parking space at the car park around the corner which was very convenient. I will absolutely be renting again when I return and share this listing with anyone who plans a visit! Thank you for sharing your home with me and my family.

Apartment was absolutely gorgeous exactly like pictures indicated. Walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy etc Beds comfortable, pillows NOT cheap foam. Full kitchen, gas stove fully equipped. Washer dryer plenty of towels. housekeeper came once during our 10 day stay., and unfortunately did not speak english, however was very happy to help with her translation app!

Amazing!!!
This is truly an amazing apartment. From the moment we entered on our arrival date until we left we were pinching ourselves because we never dreamed it was going to be so nice. The view overlooking the harbor with views of Mt Vesuvius, Sorrento, Amalfi and Capri were beyond words. The apartment is tastefully appointed with antiques and artworks. There was almost every amenity you could think of; washer AND dryer, ironing board and iron, soaps, amazing body/hand lotion in all bathrooms plus the kitchen. Annalisa, our contact, was very helpful and answered our questions in a very timely manner. There was some work going on in the courtyard which is apparently the tail end of the construction/building renovation that some other reviews had mentioned. It had no impact on our stay at all. This was, without a doubt, the nicest accommodations we had during our 4 city vacation, and I would highly recommend this location.

Beautiful apartment and fantastic location.
It is a lovely place ... but the air conditioning in the bedrooms didn’t work and it was 35 deg c and very hot during the night. We couldn’t leave the doors open at night as there was noisey traffic jam outside between 12 midnight to 3 am (strangely quiet at all other times of the day) We would recommend this place but make sure the both air conditioners are working especially in July - August . Large rooms, good showers, nice antique furniture, Annalise very helpful, nice people in cafe by the entrance ( “coffee drink” I think it is called) and restaurant on the corner. Short walk to placibeto sq and start of the Spanish quarter for good restaurants If aircon was fully working, or it wasn’t so hot (August hot, who knew?) then would have got five stars.

Terrific location in a very large and comfortable apartment.
Our family of six enjoyed exploring the area and found the neighborhood and the restaurants wonderful. Waking up every morning with a magnificent view of Mt. Vesuvius out four windows is breathtaking.

Horrified and very disappointed, I can't give it any stars.
Just arrived home after a month in Italy. Arriving at our Naples location was overall shock. The whole building is encased in tarping and scaffolding. All windows covered due to exterior work that has been taking place for a year or more. Linda was very deceitful and never mentioned that the building was under renovation. We completely paid for our stay and we were very shocked that someone would do this to unsuspecting clients. Our lawyer needed to be called to handle this terrible injustice. I still see that she is advertising as though everything was okay and I just hope anyone interested in this very beautiful area of Naples be sure to completely check that this building is completely renovated and cleared of all debris and scaffolding. I am also disappointed in HomeAway for not checking this project that was underway for a year. Sept. 2016

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Neapel, idealer Startpunkt für Unternehmungen
Die Lage der Wohnung war ideal, die Wohnung sehr schön und geräumig, für 6 Personen kein Problem. Der Concierge-Dienst wurde durch ein Securityteam erbracht, super sicher und sehr nett. Als am Sonntag der Warmwasserboiler ausfiel, wurde durch das Housekeeping die Störung sofort behoben. Als Kontakt diente eine Telefonnummer vom Housekeeping. Von der FeWo erreicht man sehr schnell alle Verkehrsmittel, trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Das WiFi ist sehr schwach und langsam und fällt auch öfter aus, damit kann man jedoch leben. Etwas ärgerlich war, dass erst kurz vor Reiseantritt (und lange nach der Bezahlung) von der Vermieterin mitgeteilt wurde, dass das Haus noch immer eingerüstet ist und deshalb der Blick auf Meer und Vesuv eingeschränkt sei. Man hat außer der Gerüstabdeckung nicht viel gesehen. Hätte man uns schon früher informiert, hätte es glatt 5 Sterne gegeben, so nur 4 Sterne. Leider gibt es auch kaum Informationen zu Verkehrsmittel, Supermärkten etc und keine Tipps (weder im FeWo Profil, noch in der Wohnung). das wäre wirklich hilfreich. Jedoch sind die Leute sehr freundlich, egal wen man fragt, man erhält immer Tipps und Hilfe durch die einheimischen. Fazit: Super Wohnung, sehr zu empfehlen (vor allem, wenn das Gerüst wieder weg ist). Es ist ein idealer Startpunkt. TIPP: unbedingt das Wochenticket kaufen (am Hauptbahnhof).
