Nous avons eu une chambre sur cour,calme,bien dormis.surpris par le calme.ca fait du bien.Indications pour entrer dans le logement ont été claires ,la personne nous accueillant a été facilement joignable et réactive.bien situé ,vers le centre et en même temps éloigné du bruit du centre.Je recommande.

Excellent séjour dans une ville inoubliable, Naples la sublime captivante...Location très bien située, proche du port, du centre historique néanmoins très calme et confortable. Excellente literie mini-bar produits d hygiène et boissons de courtoisie ( seul bémol : non renouvelée).

Inoubliable séjour à Naples. Bellisima Napoli.
Très agréable et merveilleux séjour à Naples. Ville aux multiples facettes qui laisse un souvenir inoubliable et enchanteur. Excellente destination. La location était parfaite, bien située, proche de toutes les commodités( centre historique, port, gare centrale de Garibaldi, ville nouvelle...). Environnement calme et propre. Un agréable petit bar bien installé en face de l’hôtel pour bien commencer la journée. La location est très correcte, l’accueil est chaleureux, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable bénéficiant de nombreux équipements( wifi, climatiseur, mini-frigo, téléviseur, sèche-cheveux, plateau de courtoisie...). Possibilité de réservation de visites à l’accueil. Expérience à renouveler au plus vite. Charme et atmosphère indéniables de Naples. Ville envoûtante et chaleureuse.

Il serait préférable que le ménage soit fait chaque jour. Mais à l’arrivée c’était impeccable. Le problème sur les environs c’est le chantier sur la place mais c’est occasionnel...

Acceuil très chaleureux, la récèptionniste est charmante et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Hotel bien situé a deux pas de la station de metro universta ligne1. Naples est une ville magnifique, j'ai hate d'y retourner.

Was difficult to get to taxi took us to another Hermes and we were then stranded. Another taxi ride later we arrived not identification of premises closed gate. Finally got in and into our room which was tiny but ok except for shower which sprayed all over and flooded floor. Left our bags in room for a few hours but couldn’t get back in until 2pm to pick them up. A lot of this was probably our fault for not checking more thoroughly but it certainly wasn’t easy all round and not a highlight of our trip

Instalaciones 10. Cuesta encontrarlo.
Algo complicado encontrarlo, incluso al taxista le costó encontrarlo. El check in fue un caos. Pese haber confirmado antes de ir la reserva por email, al llegar intentaron cobrarnos más. Finalmente solo nos cobraron lo que debían, las tasas. Las instalaciones están fenomenal y el personal de mantenimiento un 10.

Too Many Supplemental Fees - Stay at a Hotel
We arrived at 9:15 PM from Praino with my girlfriend and two of my friends and had a one night booking here to make it to an early Naples flight the next day. When I booked this reservation, I had confirmed for 3 people and the unit booked was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom as the 4th in our group was not sure of her departure time. Upon arrival, we were told that since we are now 4 people that we would be charged an extra 25 Euros, however this was not stated or provided as notice anywhere. In fact the room specifically allowed for a maximum of more than 4 (there were 2 cots in a 3rd room). The rooms were clean (despite my finding a bug in my room), but there was also a notice that use of any dishes or dishwashing would be another 25 euro charge so we didn't use the kitchen at all. Don't forget the cleaning charge as well 25-50 euros. So what seems to be a reasonably priced stay turned out to be less so. I'd recommend this place for a family or group of friends, but with the final price for one night, you're better off booking a nice hotel without all the add-ons. The reception lady was helpful in booking a taxi for us to the airport however.

Except for Simone, service is horrendous. We came at 9pm to check in. When we got in, one of our sheets was dirty (with literal dirt and dark stains). We asked them to change sheets and we had a very very hard time arguing over a change of clean sheets. They wanted us to put a towel over it until cleaning day comes which was in 2 days and we just got there!!!! Upon checkout, the office was closed and no one was there to check us out. So we left and came back and when we came back we were accused of breaking furniture that was already broken. They wanted me to pay but there was no way I was going to pay because we didn’t break it. It made me hate The people of Naples. They don’t deserve that reputation but I would only recommend this place to people I hate. The location was fairly good. Closest metro was about 8 minutes walk. Via duomo is right where the apartment is that wasn’t so bad. Only Simone was excellent and when something needed to be asked, we called or texted him.

As you said, and as you can read on other reviewers, Hermes inn apartments Naples is in a great location, our staff is friendly and available for any request. We really don't understand why your opinion is so severe. When checking in the apartment was in order and clean, you probably left your luggage on the bed, maybe you didn't notice and you said the blanket was dirty. In any case, we have promptly changed the blanket. Our housekeeping manager, during his control work, I discovered that by breaking house rules and common sense, you used mattress nets as a coat hanger, you improperly opened a sofa bed and damaged it and moved several things from their own place Clearly, she asked you not to use the items in the room carelessly and without authorization and to pay for the damage caused. The most serious thing about your review is your hateful words about Naples, you should be ashamed and we prefer not to comment on racism. we suggest a more civil behavior when you travel and do not use words like "hate" for dirty sheets or to avoid paying damages.

Fantastic!
Very kind people, Good location - close to the historical center, and Renovated rooms (including new air-condition). The difficulty might be arriving at the late time when no one is on duty, so it’s important to communicate with staff beforehand about your arrival time. But, kind staff sent you e-mails for the confirmation, so it would not be a big issue. Even though it would be located in a convenient place, the access from the airport would be not very good (though this can be said for other hotels), so I suggest to use taxi to get there. If you pre-order the taxi to the hotel (round trip from airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport), it would be EUR50 according to the website. If you take a taxi by negotiating with the driver in person, it would be a painstaking. As the staff in hotel is very trustable and kind, I strongly recommend to communicate with them about the access in advance. The price would be relatively cheap and the room is very clean, so I strongly recommend to stay here.

A brief stay in Napoli
Great location, very friendly and helpful people in check in, comfortable bed, clean, fridge (always handy in the heat), good air con. The only downside for me (my parents room was fine), was that the shower was like warm at best and then freezing and then like warm, without changing the dial. Also my tv did not work not that that was a big issue.

Nice experience
Nice apartment in a nice building, friendly staff and helpful! The only downside was the neighborhood, which is very noisy, and the light in one on the bedrooms which had an window on the staircase and couldn't be switched off.

Upon entry I was approached by a strange man who bantered at me in Italian. I expressed to him, in Italian, that I did not speak the language. This did not dissuade him from continuing paragraph after paragraph in Italian to me - which was uncomfortable, and eventually threatening. This was within the courtyard, he was there every day, and appeared to work for the place. Finally I found the correct door to enter, for customer service, on the second floor. No signs or clear direction. The lady there was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean, but small. Although it required 3 sets of keys, for three doors, to enter. Old-school keys that hardly worked in the locks. After finally finding my unit, it was very comfortable. The surrounding area is very dirty, and felt unsafe at night.
