  • Unsere Wohnanlage wurde kürzlich renoviert und mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Wir haben es einfach für Sie Ihren Urlaub genießen. Am Morgen scheint die Sonne auf der Terrasse und es gibt einen tollen Blick auf den Golf und den wunderschönen Strand.
    Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und Zugang zur Terrasse und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf. Das Wohn- / Esszimmer ist komplett offen mit Zugang zur Terrasse, wo Sie Ihr Abendessen und einen schönen Sonnenuntergang, ohne das Haus zu verlassen genießen können. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Schlafsofa und 55 "K4 Flachbildschirm. Es gibt auch einen 46 "Flachbild-Fernseher in der Master-und 36" TV im Zweibettzimmer. Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit haben wir WLAN-Zugang zur Verfügung. Neue begehbare Dusche Badezimmer mit weichen Handtüchern und Zubehör. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Keurig Kaffeemaschine. Gehen Sie direkt auf den Strand vom Poolbereich. Genießen Sie die voll ausgestatteten Fitness-Center oder Tennisplätze.
    Wir haben Strandkörbe, Kühler, Sonnenschirme und Badetücher und Spielzeug in der Einheit, und wenn Sie ein Bett für Ihr Baby benötigen, können wir es auch schaffen. Unsere Einheit ist Turnkey eingerichtet und von Designern eingerichtet.

We had a fantastic spring break and Ulrike was a great host. Condo is updated and very nice.This was our first stay on the beach in the Tigertail area, but not our first to Marco. At the time of our stay, there was a provided wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas. These were very nice to have during beach time. It's roughly a 10 minute walk from the pool to the ocean water, but we knew that having visited the area previously. Kids loved the pool.

Condo and resort were first class. Great location for beach/ocean views. Ulrike (owner) was fantastic. Great communication and responded quickly to questions or a few minor issues. Look forward to staying again

awesome view, wonderful host, dolphins!

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo in perfect location in middle of tower with great view of beautiful white sand beach with shells galore right in front, heated pool, sunny porch, wonderfully helpful host, be sure to book a boat trip to the Ten Thousand Islands nearby, saw more than 20 dolphins cavorting near our boat, enjoy!

Marco Island - Florida

Our condo was clean and nicely updated. Our hostess, was so kind and helpful! It is a hike to the beach if you have small children, we don’t, but still appreciated the wagon to haul the chairs to the ocean. Everything we needed for the beach was provided as well as good restaurant options and activities! Would definitely recommend this property!

Thanksgiving 2023

Condo was fantastic! We had a great week at South Seas. Condo was well equipped, updated very nicely, great view, great location. First time on this end of the beach and we loved it. Urilke was great to work with, very communicative, super nice. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Schlechter Eindruck trotz Superlage und traumhaftem Wetter!

Sehr schöne Wohung, top gepflegte Anlage direkt am Strand. Trotzdem wurde des Eindruck von gelungenem Urlaub durch das Verhalten der Vermieterin nach Abreise ruiniert. Erstens - der Gesamtpreis auf Fewo stimmt nicht. Nach der Bezahlung des Gesamtpreises haben wir die Rechnung direkt von Vermieterin über noch 11% (vom Gesamtpreis) bekommen. Laut Vermieterin ist es erlaubt die Nebenkosten nicht anzugeben. Zweitens - ACHTUNG! Die Annahme und Übergabe der Wohnung nur mit schriftlichem Protokoll & Fotos & Anwesenheit der Vermieterin - in unserem Fall, nach der persönlicher Übergabe und OK von Vermieterin, zwei Tage nach unserer Abreise wurde uns ein alter, verfärbter Riss im Waschbecken (Master Suite) für den Betrag der Kaution verkauft. Ohne jegliche Beweise! Die Probleme von den Gästen interessiert niemanden - reine Behauptung von der Vermieterin NACH unserer Abreise war ausreichend genug um unsere Kaution zu behalten.

Spring break

The property was wonderful and perfectly accommodated our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed. We made breakfast and lunch daily and ate out for most dinners. The beach closet had toys, chairs, umbrella and other things to help us have great beach days. Ulrike was so easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this or other properties of hers in the future.

Excellent location and remarkable host!

Ulrike welcomed us and took the time to introduce us to her home and building. This was incredibly helpful for our first trip to Marco Island. She was attentive to all our questions and made our stay remarkably easy. The location was perfect for beach lovers!

Lovely Property

We have been visiting the South Seas Towers at Marco Island for over 35 years. We absolutely love this location! Ulrike was very responsive, easy to reach and made the logistics of our arrival and departure as easy as possible. The condo is nicely appointed with a view of the pool and beach. We had coffee on the balcony each morning. We loved the updated kitchen and large walk-in glass showers. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Unfortunately, we experienced a family emergency during our trip. Ulrike was incredibly accommodating in helping us get out of the condo early and taking care of last minute cleaning and things in the condo that we were unable to do as we had to leave town quickly. I highly recommend this condo as well as this incredibly thoughtful and responsive property owner.

Just as described...great week at the island!

Ulrike was wonderful with communication. The condo is just as described and had everything we needed and more. Even though the walk was a little much, we found a shortcut and enjoyed the beach very much. We will definitely be back!

Great condo for a family of 4

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of linens and the location is close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The beach was a little bit of a hike for our young children, but not terrible. The entire condo complex is secure, clean and very well maintained. Ulrike was very responsive. She met us when we got there to show us around and gave us suggestions for things to do during our stay. We would not hesitate to rent this property (or another one of Ulrike’s) in the future.

Could have been better.

The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, has a beautiful view, and had everything that we needed. Unfortunately this unit was surrounded by units which were under major construction (replacement of sliding doors). The noise level for 8 hours each weekday was unbearable. While the condo owners in the building may not have known exactly what units were going to be renovated, the owner of this unit did not inform us of the possibility of major construction and when we complained after 3 days of dealing with the noise of jack hammers and drilling, they did not offer any compensation for ruining our "relaxing" vacation". The good news for anyone visiting after Florida begins allowing visitors once Covid-19 has abated is that the construction should be done.

Disappointed

After 15 years of wonderful VRBO experiences, we unfortunately felt very disappointed with this most recent booking. Upon arrival, we first learned that the condo we rented was completely surrounded by heavy construction, including jackhammers, electric saws, hammers and many other very loud power tools. We were then offered another condo in another building for part of the stay. It was nice but did not have the southerly gulf view we had been anticipating for several months. After four days, due to an incoming rental, we had to pack up and move to the original property we rented. The first two days were over the weekend so the noise wasn't a factor but the dust and dirt that accumulated from the work week left a fine layer of dust throughout the interior of the condo and the outside deck was covered in a thick layer of dirt and debris from the adjacent construction projects such that it become unusable. On the following Monday and Tuesday, work resumed shortly before 8:00am with a noise decibel level that made the property uninhabitable until 5:00 when the work ceased for the day. We feel that we should have been informed in advance of the extensive work being done in the adjacent condos so that we may have found other accommodations that would have been more conducive to a long anticipated peaceful, restful and tranquil vacation. Although a small adjustment (credit) was made to our account (after very difficult conversations/texts with the owner), we believe the entire situation should have been handled more professionally and more transparently.
