This was our first trip to Naples. Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants' and grocery store. Quiet location surrounded by beautiful homes.

Everything about this stay was excellent. The communication from the owner was as good as we've seen. The property was exactly as described, and was very, very nice. Would very much stay there again or stay at another property managed by them.

Had a great time with my family staying at the SoCe flats for a week! Despite hurricane Ian, everything was in great shape and communication with the management was great!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful and spotless. Every amenity you can think of. The location was perfect. There was a lot of construction all around us , however it was pretty quiet in the Condo. Hardly noticeable.

No vineyard views, no vineyards. It was reasonably clean. Our parking space was occupied when we arrived a day late, not enough trash bags, bed looked very old (like a used Holiday Inn bed) and hard. No place to put shampoo and soap in the shower, except the floor. The last two days access to the parking was not available, had to park on the street. Sofa in living room was hard and not comfortable.

The Benders

Everything was fine accept the front door was broke we had to walk upstairs to 3rd floor 1st night 2nd night then we were able to use the side door to the elevator until they got the front door working. The side door was fine to use as appose to back door with stairs. Very new and clean. Kitchen ,living room and bedroom were perfect. No Noise we will be back again and reccomend it to others.

They went the extra mile to ensure a great experience/stay.The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.Our contact responded in a very timely fashion to the few inquiries we had.The location was great. It is steps to 5th Ave shopping and restaurants as well as very near the beach and Baker Park. Having the wagon and beach chairs and umbrella provided was very nice. Yes, there was construction around us but we were made aware of that ahead of time and it really did not bother us.We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time to Old Naples, we wanted to be in walking distance to the shops and restaurants and this property did not disappoint. Newly opened, everything was clean and in good working order, my only recommendation to the owner would be to add a shelf in the shower to hold bath supplies (currently everything has to sit on the floor) and to have black out or a set of thick curtains in the bedroom. There is significant ambient light from the surrounding buildings the current blinds can not block and it's 24x7 twilight -- not great for sleeping. Would definitely stay here again if the window treatment situation got addressed.

There was the alleged hot tub there. But was never given a code for the room. Eventually tried the several different codes we were provided for the building but could not get the hot tub to turn on or get warm. The vibe was a little sterile like a hotel, but much quieter. But the place was well stocked and beautiful. Probably not the vibe I was looking for on a vacation with a friend but would still consider staying again.

The Holiday Life has the best selection of luxury apartments to rent in a brand new buildijg in Downtown Naples. I rented 2 different units and my mom loved it so much she rented a third unit for a week. All the finishes are super luxury and the Holiday Staff answers any questions immediately. Nice new condo

The condo is brand new and modern and well appointed. I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator and my car park were on another side of the building. It made us very difficult to unload groceries or luggage. Would have been impossible for an elderly person. We could not receive mail which was very inconvenient. The jacuzzi which was supposed to be available to everyone was not working. The shower needs a shelf. The vacuum does not work. Construction going on in the building every day.
