Very pleased. House had nice details and an abundance of useful accessories. I usually bring my own knives but it has plenty of sharp knives for cooking. I usually bring my speaker but it has Sonos connected throughout - even outside. I usually bring a coffee maker but the place has 3 different types! Drip, cups and an espresso maker. While I usually don’t give second thought, the ice maker in the house makes me want to buy that kind. An abundance of beach towels at the ready. Fussball, ping pong and pool table in garage was an added plus and with garage doors closed can make all the noise we wanted. Management was super responsive to questions. We’ll be back.

To be honest, we had an incredible time during our stay! The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything—great coffee spots, shopping, amazing restaurants, and the beach! The house itself has all the amenities you could ask for, including a ton of games, a gym, and a sauna. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, this place is perfect. We will definitely be back!

Wedding Weekend

Absolutely amazing. I stayed here for my wedding weekend and the house could not be more perfect. Me and my friends got ready before the wedding at the house and it was perfect for photos as well. So clean and stunning. Property manager was very responsive as well and answered all of my questions.

Wedding bridal party weekend stay

Needed a place for my wife and her bridal party to stay and hangout for our wedding at the towers. This home was absolutely stunning, magnificent and had plenty of room for everyone! Lots of space in the house, the amenities were easy to use, and communication was Darius was fantastic, making the weekend smooth and we would love to stay here again!

The Idea House

Our family had a wonderful long weekend at the Idea House! It’s a beautiful home with so much to offer for a large family or group of friends. The finishings throughout the home are lovely, and there’s plenty of space to gather while also providing quiet spots for relaxation. The sauna, plunge pool, and game room were big hits with our entire family! We loved being able to walk to Agave Social for a delicious dinner and we enjoyed long walks at two different beaches—such a treat!We did find that some furnishings, appliances, and amenities could use a little attention to ensure everything is in top shape. With those general upkeep matters addressed, this home would be an absolute 10!

Great spot for family.

It's a lovely home; you can't beat the location. It has a nice setup, plenty of linens and serving items, beautiful finishes, and everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay.

Wonderful house

The house is beautiful and spacious. It was great for a family vacation. The only issue we had was that there was a swarm of bees over the pool, so we couldn’t use the pool during the daytime.but we did go in at night and it was lovely.

Lovely

The property is truly lovely. It is in a very nice neighborhood and within convenient walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The only complaint we have is that the pool does not have a ladder. (The ladder is broken and lies against the garage.) It is very difficult to get in and out of the pool.

Great House with great amenities!

We had a wonderful visit with family and enjoyed all the amenities of the home. We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy the local area. The booking, check-in and check out process was very easy.

The Perfect Beach Getaway - With Pool & Sauna!

Let me start by saying that the house is amazing. I am a custom home-builder, and I have to say that the attention to detail in the house is incredible. From the quarter-sawn oak floors, to the trim on the built-ins - every detail was exactingly finished with high-end craftsmanship in mind. The space was warm and inviting, and had everything we needed to enjoy a stress-free trip with our close friends. Our host generously supplied every beach implement one would need - making it easy (and carefree) to enjoy the many close beaches located just minutes away. Don't bring your beach umbrella and chairs..., they got plenty of them! The outdoor pool and patio, with all the requisite furnishings provided a great escape to chill with a cup-of-joe in the AM, or a cocktail at night. And we took full advantage of it. The built-in Miele espresso/coffee maker rocked! We found the house spotless and comfortable and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The furnishings were cozy, it was nice to relax and catch a bit of the US Open on the big sofa while watching the large, hi res. TV - that worked for sure. Did I mention that the beds were fantastic. Our host Darius was amazing in that he also graciously accommodated our group with a couple of "special requests" which made our trip a 10 out of 10. Thanks again for all. Bring your kids, family and/or friends to this house - this one is treasure. We definitely hope to come back again soon!

Family Vacation

While the house was beautiful we were very disappointed by the over all cleanliness. The flower pots upon entry to the home were full of weeds, no actual flowers. The flower beds in the back also had lots weeds that had clearly been there for weeks. The back door was covered in spider webs. The shower curtain in the cottage above the garage was molded and the toilet paper holder in the cottage was also broken. The grill was so dirty it was unusable, extremely disappointing for us not to be able to use the outdoor grill. The ph in the water of the pool was so off that it turned by adult daughters hair green within 20min of her being in it. We had to spend our first day trying to remedy the situation and she will have to spend $100’s of dollars having it fixed when we return home. The pool was then serviced three times during our 7 day stay. It was however unusable for the 72hrs. Both ice machines in the house were broken forcing us to keep a cooler on the deck and get ice regularly from the grocery store. The alarm system although not active would beep continuously. When the property manager was asked about it his response was “yea I don’t know what that happens. Just press enter and it should stop”. There was no enter button. My parents rented this house for us to share as a family vacation and it was very expensive. These issues are easily fixed and should not be present in a house of this price point. The fact that they were charged an $800 cleaning fee is concerning.

Luxury family beach house

The house is amazing & beautifully appointed ! Lots of space for our family of 14! Easy walk to the beach! Game room & exercise equipment were used by all especially the heated plunge pool. Top of the line appliances & 2 laundry rooms Everything was comfortable & conducive to large family groups. Two fire pits were wonderful Some of tvs were not working & the beds in the loft were uncomfortable but all in all a great find!

Family get away.

We were a family of 6. Grandparents, son & his wife and 2 grandchildren, 11 & 9. We did arrive a little early hoping to get in early but that did not work. Went to the beach which is very close had lunch and the kids were very happy in the surf. Came back at 4 and house still not ready, by 4:30 we were able to enter and get ourselves settled (apparently the renters before us left it quite a disarray) Everything was great after that. The house has everything needed for a great vacation. Privacy when you wanted and fun places for everyone to enjoy. Close to beached and great restaurants. As we were driving home I asked the grandkids what their thoughts were and both said that they had the best time and would like to come back next year. That says it all. It’s a Great Place highly recommend it to everyone

Perfect In Every Way

We used the house for a work retreat for 12 adults. The house is absolutely beautiful. Super clean, incredible location, the outdoor space was perfect. We will definitely be coming back!
