« When we checked in we were given a room on the first floor next to the pool which was crowded and noisy. We asked for another room and was given one on the 2nd floor away from the pool and it was very nice. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom door had an opaque glass panel that allowed light to pass through. Not ideal in the middle of the night. We didn’t use the pool but many people did. « I was so disappointed by the amount charged on top of our room charge….75$ USD + tax for 1 dog…..Never saw this charge that high….If I had known I would have not reserved there as I always paid 25$ USD plus tax. I would really appreciate if the hotel would be willing to accept to reimburse me at least for the half of the 75$ which is more than 25? I »
