Beautiful property, great stay

Perfect for our family

We loved everything about our stay! The property was clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood was fun to explore, with many great restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. We'd absolutely come back!

Great place to stay!

Cute small apartment that is clean and worked great for the weekend! Close to grocery and small businesses. About a $20 Uber to main visitor attractions. Would recommend!!

Convenient East Nashville Getaway

Loved the location - it was only a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown Nashville. East Nashville itself is a blast, with the Five Points area offering a variety of fun restaurants and bars, even an outdoor festival. The place was super clean and comfortable, and the host was awesome, responding quickly whenever I needed to interact with them. The added bonus of the donut distillery being right next door was great.

Great stay near to central Nashville

The apartment is in a great little neighborhood with plenty of nice bars, restaurants and cafes in walking distance. It is also on the 50 bus route which takes you into Central Nashville within 15 minutes.

Visiting family in Nashville

The apartment was perfect for our needs. We’d visited Nashville in the past and previously stayed closer to Broadway, and visited all the main attractions. On this visit we were looking forward to something different. We enjoyed walking to numerous bars, shops and restaurants in East Nashville and we were still a short drive from Broadway.

Perfect getaway w/older kids

We stayed here with our 17 & 20 year old kids. The house was perfect! The kids each had a bed and the 2 bedrooms gave us the space we needed to sleep comfortably. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice with many restaurants and shops in walking distance, and downtown was just a short drive away. We would love to stay here again!

Great location, very clean

We enjoyed our time in Nashville. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We arrived late in the evening so a plus was restaurants within walking distance and open late! This is a great location - close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nashville.

Great Location

We booked this apartment purely for the location but its accommodations were a pleasant bonus. The private parking was very convenient. Easy walking access to lots of East Nashville attractions. We would love to stay here again when we visit.

So great, I don't want to share!

No, I would prefer not to say how great this property and location is, as we visit family in Nashville a couple of times of year and I would like it to always be available for us:) The property was very clean, great location between the airport and Broadway, walkable to grocery, pharmacy and restaurants! And if you like to walk/run outside, great neighborhood to enjoy the homes, and this time of year Halloween decorations! This is definitely our favorite in Nashville!

Great Experience!

Melinda was a great host and made everything so easy. We were able to store our luggage prior to check-in and she was wonderful to work with accommodating our flight schedule. The property was very clean and comfortable. Great location, within walking distance of good restaurants and quick Uber to downtown. Would gladly stay here again!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable.

This place was great. Very very clean, cozy, well decorated. It really felt like home away from home. Bed and pillows were comfy. Couch was cozy. And a warm dining room for activities with the family, like cards, dinner, etc.

East Nashville!

First time visiting Nashville. You really never know what to expect until you get to your destination. We ended up loving everything about the house and the neighborhood. The rental had extra everything and it may sound silly, but a can opener can tell you a lot about a vrbo rental. Some rentals have the cheapest worthless piece of junk which means they are trying to squeeze every last penny out of the place. Not this property. Nice toilet paper, plenty of extra towels, plates, bowls, bedding. and of course, a well functioning can opener. East Nashville definitely fit our vibe. Great food, cool murals, eclectic locals. The donut shop next door had a pop up thrift shop one of the days we were there. Cool for us old folks trying to hold on to our youth and also our teenage kids. It was an ideal location where we could live like a local, but easily travel to the downtown area within minutes to honky tonk the night away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we ever visit again

Great Stay

Great stay. Great location. Only issue we had was with checking in, but it wasn't really an issue. The property is managed by a separate company so I had to dig through my email to find the instructions on how to get in vice just using the VRBO app. The owner was great and had good communication to remind me of the email.
