We were five different families, a total of 19 adults and kids, and this rental was wonderful! I was the last car of our group to arrive, and as I pulled up to the condos one of the teens who had already been there came out to tell the teens in my car -- "This place is unbelievable!" With VRBOs you usually get a good experience -- but I've had some issues over the years --- so when I realized he meant it in a good way, I relaxed and enjoyed our stay immensely. The host is VERY responsive to messaging, and the homes are described very accurately -- I would reiterate they are new and beautiful and there is a ton of space to spread out as well as gather together as a large group. It was such a great experience and I highly recommend staying here -- if you have a large group, this is much more preferable than staying at a hotel and trying to connect with one another. I do recommend noise machines to drown out the train (the train is.....noticeable at night) but the host was very conscientious to let us know ahead of time and we all knew what to expect. We also left something behind, when we left, and when we realized it and reached out, our host was on it, doing her best to re-connect with us so we could get it back. 5 stars, thanks for a great stay!
