Location was very easy to find and only 1.5 from music row on broadway. The apartment 202 was very clean and the bed and blankets were super comfy. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils which is nice but there’s barely counter space so may need to use top of trash can or little stool as a flat area if needed but it’s cute! The balcony was nice and there were fire pits but unfortunately as much as I was looking forward to having a fire which I haven’t had in years, they did not work. I saw that there was a laundry feature and we had a decent amount of clothes we could have washed but there’s not any instruction to get into the laundry room so we had to leave with a bag of dirty clothes. The only real complaints I’ve had was that I wouldn’t book a floor level apartment. The whole time we were there, the room above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night, heavy heel walking and slamming things on the floor. Every morning, I was hoping to finally sleep in for a much needed break and around 630 am there’s the same thing. Around 8 am, the laundry room opens and the sound of an annoying fan whines and whines til about noon… really agitating when you spend money to go away and relax can’t. Overall it’s an extremely nice venue to stay! I feel safe there and the surrounding area so walking to explore for a day trip is top notch a thing to do since parking is so expensive and there is Lyft available everywhere in the city and cheap!
