• Nashville Locals: If you're a Nashville local, you'll need to be pre-approved before booking this home. Please send an inquiry, and we'll review and approve (or decline) at our discretion.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.

• Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events.
