Overall we enjoyed our stay! The host was easy to communicate with and friendly, the location was perfect for us, and there was no noise from outside (not even from nearby train tracks). The place was also very clean when we arrived! And we enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. There were two things I wish had been better. One is that the bedroom with two bunk beds is not really a private bedroom. It’s a space connected to the kitchen and living room with a curtain to separate it; that wasn’t clear to us from the pics. We ended up not using that bedroom at all. The second was that the kitchen didn’t have great quality utensils/pans and was missing some pieces of silverware. We needed to cook several meals at the property and would’ve liked a more complete kitchen. [note: As with some other places we have stayed, they do not keep anything in the pantry whatsoever, so if you plan to stay here and cook make sure you bring your own salt/pepper and butter/oil at a minimum.]For the size of our group (4 adults, 3 teens) the space worked well.
