Perfect location with a short walk (15 minute) to Broadway but far enough away to relax away from the crowds. Could use a good scrubbing, overall common areas were clean but it has been awhile since the place has been dusted or corners cleaned. The living room carpet had an area that was sticky so we had to wear shoes. Would be a nice touch if it had some more essentials such as tissues, storage bags/containers for leftovers and a full size or even 4 cup coffee pot. The balcony over looking the river was a nice spot, we did not use the laundry, pool or exercise room. Easy check in/out.

Convenient, Comfy, and Quiet

Communication from the property manager was excellent. Easy to load and unload your vehicle with this condo being on ground level. Quiet place with a comfy vibe and easy to get to all the prime spots around Nashville.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We were in town for the CMA music festival at Nissan Stadium and never had yo move the car. The included covered parking was perfect for the occasional rain. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. We were able to walk to Broadway and restaurants all within a 15 min or so walk. The communication and check in process was very easy. The community is large but we found it quiet and with ample parking. We have stayed at many places in Nashville and this was by far the best option for it convenience and location. In the future this would be our first choice.

Short time well spent in Nashville

This river front apartment was perfect for us. Everything fun downtown is in walking distance. Every morning while my wife over looked the Cumberland River with a book and coffee I walked 15min to Frothy Monkey for my morning coffee. I would say if you bring a 3rd person there is no door on the only bedroom. I’d absolutely recommend this for a couple! Great place, host, and location!

Clean and comfortable

Spent 2 nights. The host was very responsive to my questions. The bed was very comfortable and the whole apartment was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed was to hand. The free covered parking was an added bonus. 25 minute walk to Broadway. Would definitely stay again.

Nashville trip

Great location near Germantown and BroadwayLiked watching barge traffic on the riverGym was not in great shape missing most weights. Eliptical not working. There is a sign in there indicating it is getting a remodel this summer though

Perfect in every way!!!

This condo was by far one of my favorite places to stay. It was tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable, the amenities they provided were phenomenal, and it was in the perfect location. I stayed three nights and four days and it was an amazing relaxing vacation. I look forward to staying again.

Just Right

There is 2 parts to our stay!

The first apartment we stayed in had nice views of the river the bridge that goes over to the stadium. The apartment was clean. However, there was no heat and the fireplace was not working fireplace was one of the benefits. We were looking forward to. We called James. He answered right back. He was sending a technician. He could not find a technician since it was a Saturday night. We could not stay there because it was 50° inside the room. James offered us a two bedroom apartment and another location. He sent the pictures we agreed on going we arrived there. The apartment was very nice very clean great about letting us move all of our bags into the apartment immediately we enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was very clean two bedroom. We only wish that it had a king size bed in one of the bedroom, but the room was very nice and clean in a very secure neighborhood and building. James did a great job and handling all the situation. Thank you very much again James you made our stay there very happy.

Our stay

Was a pefect get away for a couple. Walking distace to the main nashvile strip. (18 min walk) Free parking! Small balcony for coffee and cookie and the bed is really comfy.

Pleasant stay

I would recommend this condo to anyone. The condo very tasteful decor and clean. The communication was on spot, when have no idea where you are going, they was very helpful. The walk was easy to get to Broadway.

Visit to Broadway and Printer’s Alley

Good location. Great parking. Comfy bed. Clean and urban cute. Pool on site and used laundry room. Walked to Broadway and Printer’s Alley and Ubered at night for about $10. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet, good location

The condo was comfortable and clean. Had everything you could need for a stay. It was nice to sit on the deck and watch the water. Nice and quiet and the covered parking was great and convenient. Location was great, easy access off highway and to downtown. James was great with communication. Would stay there again.

Great Location

The location absolutely cannot be beat. I had some minor confusion with the location/unit number but got a phone call fairly quickly to address it and was also allowed to check in. The unit itself is very nice. However, there was a sort of odd smell in it (similar to a water smell). There was an air purifier so that seemed to help once we turned it on. The shower head had awful water pressure and as a female with a lot of hair it took forever to wash my hair. The only other issue is there was a TON of gnats inside. Now, I realize it was 90 degrees and we are right on the water but they ate us the entire time we stayed. If these small things were fixed we would absolutely stay again. The location can’t be beat. You are basically in downtown Nashville so be aware that there are homeless down the road under the bridge and along the river. We walked past them one evening with no issues. The scooters on site were awesome as well.

Off the beaten path - a welcomed respite!

It was a great spot for my husband and me - an easy and safe 20-min walk to downtown. Day One we wondered if the hotels would have been more "fun" ... by Day Two we were thrilled to be going "home" and away from the madness each evening. Ha. A different walking direction took us to Bicentennial Park and new 'hood ... only called an Uber twice all week. The two gentlemen owners were terrific at responding and answering my "tourist" type questions in advance as we planned attractions. Checkin (and out!) was a breeze - only trash and dishwasher chores. Woohoo. Sad to have to be honest with only three stars for cleanliness but dont let that frighten you ;). I am a bit of a germaphobe ... I fixed it and the hosts were open to my ideas. I would go back again ... but gosh I will have to take more vitamins and train my liver :)). Fun city. PS Do the two-hour walking tour with "Truly Entertaining Tours." (Viator) Ryan was the best. Got my bearings ... got my history ... got my chuckles.

Unsafe and Filthy

The most concerning issue with the property is the door locks. The deadbolt is missing the strike plate so it just goes into a hole in the jamb that looked like it was dug out by a rat, leaving it very loose. The door knob is completely missing the latch mechanism, so it doesn't function but IT has a strike plate! Most grown males could kick this door in. The second most concerning issue was the cleanliness. In the bathroom, there was long black hair dried to the counter, not just loose like it feel from the cleaner's head. The bed was disgusting and was what ultimately drove my wife and I to leave at 2 AM on the first night and get a hotel. There was long black hair literally everywhere in the bed, from top to bottom, and on the pillows. There were even wrinkled impressions on the bottom sheet of where the previous guests laid. They're not even trying to hide the fact that they don't clean the sheets. The emails you get from "Grant" are just automated, from a bot. The host doesn't respond to private messages in the Vrbo app. I assume this is the case for all the "Go Nashville" company properties. They locked the thermostat so we couldn't change the temperature! It was at 71 which isn't bad but my wife and I like it cold when we sleep. I was able to look up the manual for instructions on how to unlock it. The toilet paper is Scott brand. If you've used this toilet paper before, you know it's something you don't want to have to use every day for a three-day stay

Great Location on Riverfront

Very clean and a great place to stay at away from home. I would recommend this space to anyone who comes into town to hang out downtown and Opry Mills mall is only 15 mins away.
