Perfect location with ease of access to everything needed and wanted. Apartment was clean. Had all necessities and bed was really comfy to lay our heads in after a long day. Only thing that I wish we were aware of was the fact that there are no windows to the outside. Really had a tough time recognizing what time of the day it was but at the same time it did allow for peace and quiet. If there were windows then we would have gotten no sleep due to the outside music and traffic.

Great location, clean and tidy. No problems.There are no windows which was a bit weird to get used to but that also helped keep the crazy outside noises to a minimum and offered complete darkness for sleep as a trade off.

Perfect location a few steps off Broadway!

We loved this clean and quiet stay!This is the perfect location if you are flying into Nashville with limited luggage. We were coming in from a road trip and had a lot of luggage and things to carry up to this 2nd floor walk up. There is no parking on site, so it was a bit of a struggle to get settled in. That’s on us… the property is awesome!The amenities are nice and the bed was fabulous! Slept like a dream! We would stay here again if flying into Nashville.

Prime location

This spot was just lovely! Right in the middle of all the action, but somehow still nice and quiet. Space was fantastic and well-equipped. Bed was comfy and shower pressure was great. Communication with management was easy and quick. Would def stay here again!

Came in town to see PJ. Never been to Nashville. Location was perfect and Doc Holidays next door was a bonus. We felt safe and secure our entire trip. Such a short walk to every place we went. Will definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

We stayed here for a weekend getaway, the property was clean, very secure and around the corner from Broadway. Parking garage was easy to access with a short walk. Great view of the river!!

Great location

We stayed here for the Zach Bryan concert at Nissan stadium. The location is perfect as we were able to just cross the river and be there. If you plan on going out at night this is a perfect spot. The host was super friendly and helped out very much with any questions I had during the booking process. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location, Amazing Property Manager

I stayed here during for a work event after opening a new restaurant on Broadway and it could not have been more perfect. It was so convenient for small meetings with colleagues. It was some how so close to everything yet perfectly quiet to get things done. Shannon, the property manager so so helpful and easy to communicate with. I couldn’t be happier and was so grateful for this property. I was pleasantly surprised how large the living space was and the table was a perfect dining or work space. I would recommend for personal and professional stay for sure.

Great location

The manager was professional, informative, and accommodating! She responded very quickly to any messages. The condo is very clean and perfectly located for a downtown Nashville stay! Bed was comfortable! I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for 3 days in Nashville

What a great location! It was so close to everything we wanted to do which made it convenient to stop back to rest or change clothes when we felt like it. And despite being so close to Broadway and Doc Holliday’s right next door, it was extremely quiet. The loft itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Parking was also close. Finally, after a long day of music and drinking, what better than ice cream right across the street!

Great Location Just Steps from Broadway!

This cute loft has a great location that is just steps from Broadway and a short walk to the Nissan Stadium. While I was here on business, I did walk Broadway St for a little fun. Very clean and secure location, and the bed was super soft and comfy. I will stay here again on my next business trip, if the property is available.

Perfect Broadway Stay

Love love loved our stay here. It is in the absolute perfect location. Literally located on top of bars one the street next to Broadway. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, and everything you’d want to be near. The place was super clean and looked exactly like the photos. The host was very responsive when I asked if I was able to check in a bit early and the woman who was cleaning the room even walked me up to the correct room. 10/10 recommend. Although a little pricey, I would say the price is comparable for the location and the place itself.

Great place in a great location!

If you are in Nashville for the music scene on Broadway this is the perfect place to stay. The property was exactly as described and was very comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Heart of Nashville Riverfront Luxury

Unit 5 is located in the heart of downtown Nashville on the riverfront directly across from Nissan Stadium, next door to Doc Holiday's Saloon. We booked this luxury condo so our adult kids and their spouses could meet us for a fun-filled extended weekend exploring Nashville after a long COVID-related non-traveling year. This unit in particular was easy to enter (door codes), one level entry with 12 stairs to bedroom inside, exceptionally large waterfall kitchen island perfect for meal prepping, large 8-person conference/dining table, supple and snuggly 4-person leather sofa and oversized chairs to watch the large TV (or the fireworks at Nissan Stadium) or the river roll by. The pullout sofa came in handy one night after competitive board games ended (no drinking and driving) while the main bedroom was well-appointed and cushioned our heads in comfort. The unit is less than 20 steps from Broadway & 2nd giving easy access to live music (never heard it inside our unit), dining, shopping and scooter rentals. Our family cooked in, ate out, drank and sang, boot scooted and Lime scooted across Nashville during a quick 4-day trip. We had a blast and will return, especially to Unit 5 later this year!
