« This place was awful. Peeling paint in the room. Empty / dead plant pots all around the front entrance. One Uber driver told us do not walk around here at night. Only 2 towels for 2 nights which is ok to let them dry but, come on. When I asked about coffee, I was told there was a coffee pot in my room... UM, NO There wasn't. When we got back to our room the 2nd night, the card wouldn't work. Thankfully, it was cool enough that we didn't have to mess with the A/C. »

« Staff was lovely, but there was no closet in my room, there was also no dresser. It was super weird that there was nowhere to put my clothes. Room and bathroom was very dark. Shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold. »

This could be easier with a real front desk, no?
Room was just a big larger than the bed, impossible to get the tv working (netflix, etc...), same for the coffee machine in the room.
Modern place, modern design (nice by the way), but cold, missing humanity. »
