Great location, 19 minutes to the Hermitage golf courses. Very clean , newer interior a bathroom with each of 4 bedrooms and another near the pull out sofa area above garage.Would definitely stay here again

Great Family friend weekend

We came down for Metallica with our son and 2 of his friends. The house was great for teenagers. They hung out in the other smaller kitchen and had their Playstation and guitars. They played guitars and were up late, but we could barely hear them. Location was about 15 minutes from Nissan Stadium. The neighborhood was quite and quaint. There is a Publix less than 5 minutes from house. Bedrooms were very nice. With en suite bathroomsLoved the kitchen and the couches super comfy! The whole house is decorated very nice. . The backyard was amazing and we wished we could have enjoyed it more. We had a rainy weekend. If the weather would have been better, We definitely would have been out there alot. Check in was a breeze and our host was always in communication. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect Weekend Home

This house was perfect for our family get together. The house was exactly like the photos and layout was great for our family. The location is great. It is close to the grocery store and easy highway access. I would definitely recommend and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay

The house was wonderful. The Good: - House was very clean and spacious. - Each bathroom came stocked with shampoo, bath gel, conditioner, q-tips, and other stuff. - The kitchen had coffee and tea. - Seemed like a newly constructed house. - The house is super close to the airport, and about a 15-minute ride to everywhere you want to go in Nashville. - The hosts were really responsive and helpful. The Not-So-Good (all minor): - The internet cut out once or twice. - The secondary bathrooms didn't have great water pressure in the shower. Overall, staying here should be a no-brainer.

2024 Group Nashville Trip

Proprty was great. Could use a fresh coat of interior paint. Couches were very uncomfortable and dinning chairs need to be tightened up,very wobbly. Location of property was excellent and it accommodated 4 couples perfectly. Could of had another couple as well. Would rent again

We love this house!

This is the second year that we have stayed at this house and we absolutely love it. we travel from different states to meet up to attend a convention! We love that is close to Opryland and just an Uber ride away from downtown Nashville. This house is absolutely stunning and has some of the most comfortable beds.

Family Thanksgiving

Three generations stayed here for our Thanksgiving celebration. Everything was spotless. It was extremely well stocked. Our host even made sure we had a turkey roaster. Communications with our host were very much appreciated. He was always quick to respond and was so helpful! We visited the area and found lots to do with our family and enjoyed all the extras at the house. The kids really loved the hot tub and the back yard. The whole family enjoyed the fire pit. It was spacious and perfect for our family!!

Vacation with friends

Very nice home in decent neighborhood. Ubers were cheap, 10/15 dollars to most places around town and were there within a few minutes. Went with group of 5 couples, had plenty of room. Would recommend this home Game room is small although didn’t want to spend much time in the house anyway. Perfect house

We are long time VRBO and airb&b travellers, so we have experienced many rentals. This home sets the bar for rental homes. First, the home was clean, inviting and perfectly appointed. Second, the rental company spared no expense to make sure our experience was enjoyable. Coffee, linens, snacks, clear instructions and a fully maintained home made our stay very enjoyable. We had 4 couples on our trip. Everyone had a private bedroom and bathroom. HUGE home with video game table, ping pong, firepit, etc. Dont hesitate to book

Our stay was great! Everyone loved the property and we would definitely stay here again. Recommendations: Fix front door key pad, we could not use it. Add more rolls of paper towels to kitchen. Gaming table needs volume control. Add sound bar to front tv. Other then that we loved it! Thank you!

Family Gathering

This spot was the perfect place for our extended family vacation. There was room to park the cars on the driveway and enough bedrooms for all 4 couples. It was great that each couple had their own bathroom too! We really enjoyed being able to gather around the firepit each night after dinner. We intend to book this house again in the future.

The property was great and was very comfortable and inviting. There were 8 of us staying and all went well, with the following minor exceptions: When we arrived we noticed that the knob to the oven was sitting on the window sill. Upon examination we realized it was broken and could not be used to operate the oven. Second, in the bedroom next to the master bedroom, the handle to the faucet for the tub/shower would only go about half way towards hot. That was not enough to make the shower usable. The guests in that bedroom had to use a shower in a another room.

This property was beautiful & just as advertised. Very spacious & clean! We were there to celebrate my significant others birthday. It was very easy to get downtown from this location! The host responded quickly and made sure we were comfortable. The only thing I would change is the flexibility of the check in & out! I would definitely recommend to anyone that was visiting the Nashville area!
