Gut: Sauberkeit
This was a great space for 9 of us to celebrate my husbands birthday. We read through previous comments about location and homeless individuals in the area, but we always felt safe. It is walkable to broadway, but you do pass areas that are a little sketchy, so we always ubered. The building is secure and there’s a great axe throwing bar right across the street. The building has security 24/7 and was always clean. The other comment we read prior to going was the sliding doors to one of the bathrooms. We didn’t stay in the connecting room, but our friends who did complained about that and said how inconvenient it was. It reduced privacy quite a bit. The patio is awesome, large, faces the axe throwing building, and had fun games. Overall, it’s a really great place to stay, and the vrbo company was so great at communicating and answering our questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again!
