Where do I start? The loft is perfect! If anything it is better in person than shown in the photos. Great location! The listing is very honest that it is not a quiet retreat. But we love the sounds of the city. And being nestled into the city vibe is really cool. Christi is an amazing host! We extended our stay due to weather and event postponement. She responded immediately to every message, and even checked in on with during our stay. I really cannot say enough. We are former locals and lived in this area downtown. It’s a perfect mix of a slightly slower pace than the Demonbreun side yet still very walkable to everything. Especially nice if you are going to Ryman or TPAC. We will be back very soon!

AWESOME! Wow. This little apartment was absolutely perfect, UNIQUE and so comfortable. The attention to detail was far above excellent. The decor was Rustic Industrial meets Roaring 20's Glam and then mixed in were quirky, clever instruction signs, and hidden gems throughout. The bed was soooo comfortable! Both of us slept wonderfully well. And aside from the odd city siren (which you would expect in a city) we didn't think it was loud, as warned in the description. Coffee mugs were a good, generous size, which we very much appreciate! Easy walking distance to all things downtown. The paid parking that's offered with your booking is handy and super close! HIGHLY recommend, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place is amazing! Such a fun location right by Printers Alley and so close to walk to downtown. Banks and markets right next to the condo made it easy to grab snacks! Inside of the condo is so cute and spacious. We loved the shower and the bed is comfy! We will definitely stay here again!

Location, Location, Location!!!!

First, the location is unbelievable! We walked everywhere and not far at all! The loft is absolutely stunning! It was super clean and just perfect for my husband and myself. Whoever designed it and did the decor should get an award!! The shower is amazing and the convenience of having 2 sinks was paramount! We will definitely look into staying in this beautiful gem in the future!! A big thank you to Christy and Letterpress Lofts for making check in & out seamless & convenient!!!

Excellent place to stay

Loft Life!

The Loft is amazing! It is one of the best places we have stayed through VRBO. Location is perfect, close enough to the excitement of Broadway without all nighttime noise of the crowd. The Ryman Theatre is one block way and everything is in easy walking distance . The loft guidebook provided local places to listen to music and some fun restaurants to try out. The Letterpress Loft has an internal security system - starting at the front door of the building, elevator and loft door itself which made us feel very safe. Christy, the property manager, was quick to respond to our inquiries, always friendly/professional and was extremely helpful helping us navigate a new city which made our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you!!

Beautiful loft in the heart of it all

My husband and I had a great stay in this beautiful loft. It was our first time to Nashville and this was the perfect location to be able to walk down to Broadway and see it all. The loft was very clean and the bed was SO comfortable. Can’t wait to return!

THE MOST PERFECT LOCATION IN NASHVILLE!

We have been to Nashville 7+ times over the past few years. This place was hands down the best of everything. 1. Love the top notch design details. This is not your average rental. The best of everything was put into this place. 2. Location. The short walk to Broadway or so many of the restaurants could not have been any better! 3. Security. We felt so safe staying in this area. 4. Noise.....It is mentioned as a negative, but we never heard of thing. We did stay Monday-Thursday, but it was not an issue. 5. Parking. This is so important to us. I recommend using the parking that is listed. It was close and easy. The only problem we encountered was the small step up to the bedroom and bath. The beautiful wood floors blend into each other....one of us "may" have taken a spill after having so much fun. We placed a small table at the entrance of the room to remind us of the step! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful place. We will never stay anywhere else from now on.

Excellent place to stay!! Great location and very clean!!!

Our stay at this loft was amazing!!! The loft was extremely clean with a very cool vibe. It’s decorated like a modern, antique, eclectic... all mixed together design with lots of character in this old building. Very spacious! It's perfect for 2 but can sleep 4 if you don't mind a sleeper sofa and not much privacy. The lighting created a beautiful ambiance. Everything was well maintained. There really is no view including from the small balcony off the bedroom, as the host emphasized prior to our booking so no surprise. We didn't mind at all. The location of this loft is perfect! Steps away from Printer's Alley, and a couple of blocks from Broadway St. where all the Honky Tonks are located. It's also a short walk to the Food Hall. We never needed to take our car out of the parking garage during our stay. (we did uber back from our food tour) You can hear the music at night from this loft, but ear plugs are provided. We didn't need them, as the noise wasn't bad at all and did not bother us. I highly recommend staying here! Christy was a great host! She provided very detailed paperwork so there was never any confusion. She also provided some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the Nashville area. We can't wait to go back and hope to stay here again!!
