Guest Access:
Check-in is simple with smart locks. Before your arrival, we’ll send detailed instructions with your door codes, directions to the unit, and any access info for shared amenities or parking. Please review these notes ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrival.

Pie Town sits on the edge of downtown Nashville, giving you a central location with an urban vibe. From here, you’re just minutes from Broadway’s honky-tonks, Bridgestone Arena, and the Convention Center, with easy access to nearby hotspots like The Gulch, SoBro, and Midtown for dining, cocktails, and live music.
Guests appreciate the convenience of being close to the action without staying directly on Broadway. Rideshares are fast and frequent, and many downtown attractions are a short drive or quick scooter ride away. It’s an ideal location if you want a refined, comfortable landing spot while making the most of Nashville’s nightlife, events, and entertainment.
Getting Around:

Rental Scooters often sit outside of the building so you can catch a quick ride to everything downtown.
Uber & Lyft are readily available at this location and only $7-15! We recommend catching a ride at nighttime for the safest mode of transportation in the city!
Parking: Free secured parking garage located on the upper level for guests & owners (20-30 spaces, first come/first served). If the upper level parking garage is full, guests will need to wait on a space to come available or pay to park in the lower parking garage. In addition, there is an on-site paid public parking garage on the lower level if upper level parking garage is full. Free street parking (first come/first served), as well. EV is available in both garages for an additional fee.
Other Things to Note:
★Parking at Hyve★
Secured Parking for ONE vehicle per unit may be available. The garage is located at the top of the hill and is available to guests and owners. Guests may park in unreserved open spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces marked with “Reserved” signs and unit numbers are only available to guests staying in the corresponding units. Access to this garage requires the Latch app. When entering, you’ll see a tiled panda artwork on the left, which confirms you’re in the correct garage. Please note that this garage has a narrow exit and guests with SUVs or large vehicles may be more comfortable parking in the Overflow Public Parking garage.
Overflow & Public Parking
If the private garage is full or you have more than one vehicle, guests may wait for a space to become available or park in the public garage at the bottom of the hill. This garage does not require Latch access. Guests are responsible for parking fees in this garage and any associated fines. The standard rate is $40/day; Hyve guests may receive 50% off using the QR code located in the elevators and at the concierge desk.
EV chargers are available in both garages for an additional fee. Towing is strictly enforced for vehicles parked illegally or in non-designated spaces. Please park only in marked guest spaces.
★Amenities & Building Facilities★
Guests have access to the building’s shared amenities and common areas. While we promptly notify the HOA or building management of any issues, we do not control the cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability of these shared spaces and cannot guarantee specific amenities will be available at all times.
★Smoke-Free Home & Community★
In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit or any common areas. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.
★Supplies & Essentials★
We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.
★Families & Baby Gear★
Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play, hook-on/high chair, and baby gate (in homes with stairs) are available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.
★Maintenance & Repairs★
Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve it promptly; however, repair timelines may depend on vendor and contractor availability.
★Trash, Recycling & Cardboard★
A trash chute is located to the left of the elevators on every level; all trash must be bagged and securely tied before using the chute. Cardboard boxes and larger items should not go down the chute, please break them down and dispose of them in the designated dumpsters in the lower-level garage bins.
★Trains, Noise & Soundproofing★
Freight trains run directly behind Hyve along the rear side of the building and may be heard during your stay. Units are soundproofed with triple-glazed windows to help reduce outside noise; however, some sound is expected in this urban environment. For added comfort, we provide sound machines and/or earplugs in the unit.
★Urban Location & Nearby Mission★
Hyve is in an active urban corridor between Downtown and The Gulch, on the same block as a local Christian rescue mission that serves homeless neighbors in need. You can expect typical city activity, including foot traffic from people accessing nearby services. The building itself is secure-access, but this is a lively, mixed-use area rather than a quiet suburban setting.
★Building Security & Access ★
Hyve is a secure access building with controlled entry points and on-site overnight security. Common areas and hallways are monitored by security cameras, and guests access the property via digital access codes.
★Luggage Drop-off ★
Complimentary luggage storage is available with the Hyve concierge in the lobby from 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, seven days a week. Pickup must occur before 5:30 PM. Service is first-come, first-served.
