We stayed here because we had a concert at Nissan Stadium and we wanted to be able to walk there. It’s a longer walk, because it’s about 1.2 miles away, but it’s doable. There were 4 of us and we weren’t able to find 4 scooters to get back, otherwise we would have done that and it would have been fun. Some of the area felt a bit sketch, as we walked back from the Stadium and also grabbed provisions nearby at the Dollar General. There is a homeless encampment behind the Dollar General. Late at night our walk from the stadium was deserted though. Ultimately, it think this place is in a developing area and over time it’s going to be pretty cool. But it may be a little bit yet. There is a pizza bar nearby that closes at 12. We would have loved to try it- it looks nice. We got back too late. This is not walking distance to Broadway, but it’s easy to catch an uber and they are inexpensive. The place was clean and although we didn’t use the balcony patio, it’s a perk. There is also a washer/drier, nice appliances, and coffee pods. It was a good value for what we were looking for, because we would have paid double at the Holiday Inn for 2 rooms. There was some preexisting damage to some of the doors that I notified the property owner/management of. One closet door was off its tracks, and one set of bathroom doors had damage and a loose handle. None of that affected us, and I received immediate communication about it.Parking was included. All in all, this was a good value.
