Nice place, convenient, very clean. Yes, you can hear trains all night long (it was pretty bad a couple nights) which the write up didnât say. Had a couple problems (smoke detector beeping first night every 5 minutes and shower didnât fully work, you were standing in a tub full of water while showering) but host was quick to respond to messages.
Overall our stay was good, but we had a planned building water outage on one day that we were not aware of and the power went out in the area on our second day. Frustrating for sure as we had to adjust our plans and when the powers went out we just headed to the airport. Four flights of stairs with suitcases was not fun, glad we didnât have to carry them up!The condo was as we expected and loved the river view, the barges moving up and down the river and the train passing over the bridge. The homeless population in the area was a concern as we opted to walk around town, only a mile for Broadway was great, but cautious on our walk. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Slept well in the beds.
Property was great for a family of four. Loved the decor & the view of the river & train bridge. Trains are frequent, but the noise didn't bother us & it was very cool to watch. Bedrooms are small and have no drawers, but the beds were super comfy. Walk to Broadway was not bad, 10-15 minutes. We'd stay here again!
While we totally enjoyed our stay and felt the condo was just about how we expected it to be, the neighborhood just right around seemed a little suspect. However, just a very quick up the hill and once you are on the walking path headed to downtown that vibe changed quickly. just be aware at first glance the immediate area seems a little rough. There is a whole lot of construction of new apartments around. Ultimately, there was no issue and by the next day we felt fine about it. Check in was easy, good communication and the apartment was clean. Pretty basic white walls and basic decor, but the price is good in comparison to other options in area. My suggestion would be some info in condo on must see and dos in the area, as well as at least some bottled water. Other than that, you will get what you expect from the price and the pics online. We would give a 5 star overall just a few things to consider.
We changed locations because my son and his wife decided to go with us. Our prior location was right off Broadway Street and for the first time in Nashville and on Broadway, I'm glad I changed locations. More quiet and peaceful. The property was clean, and the place was nice. Sits away from Broadway Street and about a 20-minute walk (Ubers add up). Stayed 5 nights with this property located right on the river. There is a train track that is next to the property, but it didn't bother us. The train tracks have a house over the tracks and over the river and rotates to let larger ships pass through, kind of cool to see in action! The staff was extremely responsive and addressed a couple items in a timely manner on two separate occasions. I would definitely recommend this property on your trip to Nashville if you wanted to stay away from all the hustle and bustle of Broadway Street. There are two great places to eat and within walking distance from the property, Jonathan's Grill (pub style bar and grill with great food) and the Sedona Tap House Nice sit down and bar with outstanding food and drinks! Definitely recommend the Sedona for a steal and smoked Old Fashions, they won't disappoint! I will definitely be back to Nashville and look to stay at this property again!
This condo had everything we needed and a great view of the river. It was walkable to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. There were some noisy neighbors late one night. This is the first time we stayed at a corporately owned unit. However they were responsive to our texts. The second bedroom does have a cutout high on the wall to the living area. So be aware that the light and noise from the kitchen could be an issue for light/late sleepers.
Property is very nice!! View enjoyable too! Very walkable to downtown although we used Lyft because of the weather.
Listing mentioned train tracks so expected some noise but the frequency of the trains is ALOT and fairly loud especially from the main bedroom.
Check in very easy with the Latch app
