A Great time was had, the house was beautiful. Just like the pictures. The only thing I wasnât prepared for was all the stairs. But we got our steps in thatâs for sure. The neighborhood was quiet and sweet. We enjoyed the warm breezy in the evening. The house had everything we could possibility need. Thank you so much, we would definitely return.
Property is as described and convenient to downtown, beautiful Shelby Park, and local restaurants. Property manager and maintenance were super responsive to solve a heating issue. All-in-all a wonderful stay.
Our stay here was great and the communication with the host was always quick. We really enjoyed the location and the unique neighborhoods with the local restaurants, which were all close. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable and we all slept so well after exploring Nashville each day.
My kids loved playing darts and cornhole. There were several competitive family games going on each night. We will definitely stay in one of the properties again when we come back.
Hurricane Helen took advantage of an existing leak in the family room. Management had believed the leak had been repaired and responded quickly by setting up a catch basin and towels. Unfortunately, this made half of the leather sectional unusable for the weekend. The management was kind enough to offer us a one night refund for the inconvenience.
This townhouse worked for a 2 night stay in East Nashville. The house was very clean. We appreciated the comfortable king size beds, but it was hard to maneuver in the small bedrooms that had only a small closet for storing clothing & travel items.
Once the leak is fixed, we would consider staying here again for a couple nights.
What a beautiful place to call home for a couple of days. We celebrated a 40th birthday while in Nashville and this home checked all the boxes of clean, well furnished, and cozy. We got a beautiful morning of low temperatures to enjoy the rooftop and a cool evening as well. What a great feature to allow everyone to sit around and chat while enjoying the space. There are many stairs but that was okay for us and didnât bother us one bit. The beds were comfortable, TVâs in most spaces for when you want to relax. Easy access to downtown Nashville and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
This place superseded our expectations! Three stories, including a private rooftop deck! Even a party area in the garage, especially if youâre watching football!
We were a group of moms & daughters celebrating college graduations. The property is just as described with plenty of room for six people. Rooftop was super cute too! Highly recommend
This was indeed an excellent find for a stay in Nashville. The place was clean; the towels were plush and clean, and the sheets were soft and clean. It was a nice touch to have a makeup face towel, too. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. The couch was nice and relaxing. The kitchen had quite a few amenities to use, including several bar glasses and a tumbler. Using a garage was nice for us girls to feel safe while staying for the long weekend. The neighborhood, which was lovely and felt incredibly safe, added to our peace of mind. The only negative is if you are going to have more than 1 vehicle, you have to pay for parking across the street, so that is not ideal. However, overall, we had a great time and a pleasant stay.
The condo/apartment was easy to get to and access when we arrived. The property team kept us updated about the details in advance of our stay. A few things we didn't know before we arrived that would have been very helpful in choosing...
Yes, there is a garage with enough room for 1 vehicle to park in. However, if you drive a full size truck, this is not an option. The garage is not deep enough to fit my pickup in. You are not permitted to park in a stall in the complex parking lot, so it is first come first serve for parking on the adjacent road. I had to pay $30 to park overnight across the street one of the nights.
If you struggle with stairs, this is not the place for you. From either entrance, it is 1 flight of stairs to the main floor with kitchen and living room and 2 flights of stairs to either bedroom. There is another flight to the rooftop.
The lack of detail in the description went both ways however! It was not 100% clear from the pictures or description, but the rootop patio is your own private oasis!
This is a very well appointed place to stay with comfortable amenities. The parking situation was stressful as it seemed to turn into a waiting game for someone to leave the free parking area on the next street up (very short walk) so you could snatch it up. It is a very short drive/uber from Broadway. Overall, we were happy with our stay asside from the parking issues and would recommend.
