We really enjoyed our stay. It was enough space for 2 people. It was within walking distance to majority of the places we wanted to go. We didn't use the laundry or pool, so can't comment on that. Our only issue and the reason is the 4 out of 5 stars is we were there for 3 nights and we were only left 2 wash clothes for 2 people. We ended up going buy wash clothes so we can have one for each night we were there. The other issue was the noise from the people that were above us. Other than that it was not bad and we would stay there again, but now we know to bring wash clothes.

The dwelling was very nice and comfortable. The amenities were excellent.The issues I incurred were not necessarily something the host could solve. In the evening, a small dog upstairs barked non-stop. The upstairs tenant was possibly a water buffalo based on the loud and frequent hoof/foot traffic. Most noise quieted down around midnight and is the reason I didn't give 5 stars.

. Stay was fine. Didn’t spend much time inside, towels had black hairs on them. Bathroom floor had black hairs under the door, blind in living room was so dirty. Patio door was unlocked when we arrived. Just needs a good cleaning

We loved this property and will definitely stay again. So cute and cozy and perfect for a little getaway for my daughter’s and I. The kitchen was perfect for cooking so we didn’t have to eat out the whole time and we were able to wind down and watch movies in the living room before we turned it into a bedroom for the kids. The location is super close to most of the things we wanted to do, though parking at those places can be an issue. I also like that the property is kind of tucked back and away from the road and the happenings of the city so it was a little bit easier to manage with 3 young kids. They also brought their scooters and they loved the long outdoor hallway to ride on. We also really enjoyed being right on the river and watching the boats pass by from the patio. My only complaint would be how far away the laundry room is, as well as the cost. We hadn’t intended on doing laundry but had an incident, and doing laundry was a process. Also bring a laundry basket, I had to use trash bags to lug it all to the laundry room. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend this location.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location — everything you need is within walking distance. It’s right by the river, so you can enjoy a beautiful view while having your morning coffee. The space was very clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. The bed was spacious and incredibly comfortable. The host team was excellent — very responsive and helpful, even before our arrival. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to enjoy a great stay in Nashville!!!

Overall the place was okay - a bit outdated. Kitchen was equipped as expected for a rental. Several lights in bedroom didn't work - could have been burned out lightbulbs. Floor in main living areas wasn't clean, windows to back area not clean, and some of the knives in knife block were dirty. Unit did have a deck that looks over river but so buggy outside it wasn't usable. As stated, it is a 1 mile walk to Broadway area, but unit is not in a pretty, desirable walking location - it takes a bit to get to a walking area with any personality.

Stay was wonderful. The room was great. Good location. We walked to and from broadway everyday. We walked to a from a Titans game. Pool area is private and clean. Plenty of undercover parking. Only thing about the room was the porch has not been cleaned in months, which is sad for us since we love to sit on a porch and look at the view in the early mornings or late nights. There were spider webs and Cobb webs. Dirt, dust and crud all over it. We went out there 1time to see a groundhog just chilling. But it was unusable. Check in was easy, except they sent us the wrong code, so luckily the host had quick communication to send us the correct one within minutes. We stayed on bottom floor, so keep in mind there will be people above you, that’s not the hosts fault so no stars off for the noise and craziness that happened above us all hours of the early mornings and late nights. But just a forewarning in general. Overall a great stay and we would definitely book again.
