This property is fantastic for large groups. We had nine couples and four singles staying for a long weekend and, using both buildings, everyone had a room to themselves. The property is still less than one year old, so everything is still excellent condition. The open living area on the first floor was large enough yet intimate enough so the whole group could enjoy dinner together. The large open air roof deck had a great view of the city skyline and a fire pit provided nice ambiance. Although we did not use the roof hot tub, we appreciated that option being available. Frank the friendly host was very amenable to our requests for an early check-in and a late check-out given our group’s large size. Frank lives onsite in the rear building’s sequestered first floor so, upon our arrival, he was able to welcome us and show us around the property. The property’s location is perfect — only a 10 minute walk to the Gulch restaurants, and only a 20-minute walk to Broadway in one direction and Vanderbilt in the other direction. We give this property an excellent rating in all categories.

This place is a perfect 10!!! We had a group of 17 and we all had PLENTY of space! The house has such a great layout with a wonderful open floor plan with a large living room near the kitchen. The rooftop patio was amazing and we used that every day! Multiple fire pits and plenty of seating for a large group. The elevator was a huge plus as there are lots of stairs in this house. The bedrooms were all very spacious with comfortable beds and the bathrooms were light and bright with good water pressure! Location is awesome! Very walkable to the Gulch and we felt safe nestled within music row. The house was super clean and everything worked great! The homeowner was super responsive to all of our questions and incredibly accommodating! Rideshare‘s had a hard time finding the exact address so you should have a good idea of what the home looks like when you arrive to help direct. But that should not stop you from booking this amazing home! Everyone in our group raved about what a nice place it was. It’s super hard to find a large home with this many bedrooms downtown Nashville so this is a rare gem. Highly recommend booking this amazing home!

The house met our needs perfectly. Accommodations were clean and as described. They use quality paper products as well for toilet paper and tissues. Our only issue we encountered was that the hot tub was not functioning. Our group had an excellent stay at this property and would recommend the booking.

This property made for an unbelievably fun weekend down in Nashville! The host, Frank, is one of the nicest hosts I’ve dealt with. His attention to detail in managing the property was evident, as the place was truly immaculate. He made the whole check in/check out process a breeze, and ensured that we were able to enjoy our weekend to the fullest. When I say this house is gorgeous, that would be an understatement! Having such a beautiful stay made for an unforgettable trip, and I will be sure to book with Frank again the next time I am back in town! He is a wonderful host and the house reflects that as well. Cannot recommend him and this house enough!

We rented this property for a weekend in Nashville with friends. The property is awesome for large groups. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably and the rooftop was perfect for everyone to hang out at. The location made it easy to get to Broadway and the Gulch area. I would 100% recommend this property for large groups planning a trip to Nashville!

The house was exactly what we needed. We had a family reunion and the large living room and kitchen allowed us to gather together. We also took advantage of the rooftop grill and space. The location was great! The kitchen could use more supplies like serving platters. The bedrooms/bathroom we’re comfortable and clean.

Fantastic, spacious, clean property that worked wonderfully for a work event. Host very accessible. Elevator was under service while we were there and the bbq had no propane. There is a Keurig on site for the coffee drinkers!

Perfection!

I looked for a place for our large family of 5 adult children, their spouses & their children could be together to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday. This search took me to several states & the Skyrise was the only place I found where we could all be together. The beautiful space was a perfect blend of privacy & family time! Photos & description are accurate. It’s beautiful with all updated appliances, comfortable beds & bathrooms with plenty of towels, soap & shampoo. The kitchen/dining areas accommodated us for meals & for relaxation. The rooftop, with plenty of seating, became our gathering space for playing games, dancing, & visiting. The gas fire pits were great for the cooler evenings. The breathtaking view from the roof was perfect for a family photo! Our host, Frank, was very attentive. He checked in with us to see if we needed anything & was very accommodating. It’s in a great location too, nice neighborhood Close to everything. We’re grateful to have this beautiful UNIQUE place! We had an amazing stay at skyrise. The entire home is spacious and accommodating for our large party. Each room is appointed with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are well equipped and clean. The photos are accurate in person and the wonderful just Frank was very responsive. We had a great time hosting our friends and family and would not hesitate to visit skyrise at Nashville again.

I can’t say enough positive things about Frank, I have been staying in Frank’s homes for over 10 years. I would highly recommend for anyone to rent from him. He is a fingertip away and goes out of his way to accommodate his guest. I have stayed at every house Frank has but this one is over the top and even has an elevator. The rooftop view of down town is spectacular with plenty of outdoor seating. Again I could rave on and on about Frank he is the go to guy for your Nashville stay!!!

Nashville Weekend Getaway

Frank’s property was fantastic! The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Edgehill, which made it the perfect escape after a day in the city. It’s just a quick 5–10 minute drive to all the action on Broadway.The house itself was brand new — you could still smell the fresh construction, and everything inside was modern. The layout was ideal setup for larger groups. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably without feeling cramped.Frank was a responsive and made check-in seamless. I’d absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again without hesitation.
