Walking distance to all Broadway finest.

Enjoyable stay. Two notes, one, A/C was window unit in living room area, only a fan in the bedroom. Not too uncomfortable at night but a little warm during the summer afternoons. Biggest issue was that our unit was on the 3rd floor. No elevator. I am a little physical handicapped and had a hard time climbing stairs especially during check in and out with our luggage and bags. Would definitely stay again if I could get a 1st floor unit! Would recommend!!

Sobro Guest House

The place was perfect for our quick trip to Nashville for the weekend! Black Swan was super quick at responding to any questions I asked. Location was perfect for a couple block walk to Broadway. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

This was a great affordable place to stay that was close enough to Broadway! The majority of the time we walked back and fourth but there are also scooters everywhere. The inside was very clean and put together. The Vrbo provided necessities such as pots, pans, shampoo, conditioner, and more. I would recommend staying here!

Clean and hospitable

When we got there, we noticed that it was a very small building and small parking lot. (Note to self: don’t drive a big truck down) we got into the building. There was no elevator and we were on the 3rd. We got our steps in. We got into the house just fine. Very clean. They had the basic necessities available for you. I’ve been to other places that don’t even have hand soap. I had brought the basics not knowing and I didn’t even have to unpack them. THANK YOU!! We were really only there to sleep. The bed was not comfortable and you sank in the middle. But the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living area where clean and welcoming. There is also a laundry machine. We didn’t need that as we were only there for a few days. We were within walking distance to Broadway. Many places to eat near by as well. Thanks for a great stay, would come back again.

Smoke

My stay was horrible. Unit 9 looked like the pictures, the location was accurate, and at first the property management staff were accommodating. I contacted the PM company after I woke up the first morning. I told them that the unit smelled like cigarette smoke. They told me if I left the unit they would put a purifier in the unit. I came back right before dinner and the unit smelled better but there still was a slight scent of smoke. I quizzed them on if this unit was a unit that allowed smoke or could the smell be coming from another unit or from prior use of building. The second night was horrible. I got none or very little sleep. I think the smoke was either in the pillows or sheets from when they were washed or the smell of the smoke was absorbed into the sheets from beginning. I contacted the property management company at 7:30 that second morning and told them I was going to check out because of the smell. The management company later that morning contacted me to say they would have the sheets changed. I told them I lost confidence. My next communication from them was about reminding me about my check out the following day. If they were really concerned they could have come to the unit to experience the issue. The did not offer another room or anything. I ended up going to the Omni a few blocks away. I woke up this morning in a smoke free environment. I would think twice about staying here or using this property management company.

Great location

Location was perfect for the activities we did during our stay— checking out live music on Broadway, concert at the Ryman, Country Music Hall of Fame. It is a small place but worked for us as we spent little to time there--pretty much to sleep. We did not use the kitchen, only to make coffee. My only complaint really was the vinyl floor covering was buckling, especially in the kitchen and outside the bathroom.

Birthday Trip

We greatly enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect. Lots of things to do within walking distance. The only tricky thing was carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs.

Easy, clean, and well supplied

We stayed in this property for a long weekend to enjoy Nashville. We were walking distance to Broadway, check in was super easy (you just use the code to open the door), the apt was very clean, everything worked, and it was well supplied. Overall it was a great experience.

Completely happy with place, bad timing on pricing

Everything went perfectly smoothly on entry and fully stocked kitchen in unit 9 and we took advantage of it for breakfasts but could cook any meal here. On same block as DDDs Martins BBQ, walk three blocks to yeehaw brewery and moonshine place, walkable to broadway too. Very appreciative of letting us in early due to unexpected early flight arrival. Only bummer was cost since at premium since at tail end of CMA awards, titan football and nashville marathon. Would stay again but pray for rate more at average.

Good location & Free Parking

Very convenient to Broadway music venues. Cute apartment with everything that we needed. Our unit needed a little touch up paint and instructions for the tv. I would definitely return.
