Would have loved to give this property a 5 star rating. Great location, house well set up for multi families and lovingly curated, however, it just wasn’t clean. I would have expected better in a luxury property at this price point. Also, just a heads up for allergy sufferers: property was listed as “no pets”, but this is selective designation. I believe that property owners allow their own pets there.

One of the BEST locations we have ever stayed! Family reunion in this home was perfect. Plenty of scenic locations to enjoy coffee/wine and conversation. There was an elevator for my 82 year old dad to get to any level with ease. Lots of “extras” like pool toys, games, cooking supplies, spices, and even yoga mats. Tammy, the owner, was attentive and a joy to connect with. We even had deer eating out of our hands.

Beautiful Home

The entire family stayed in this beautiful house for a week. The house seemed really clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the pool was perfect. There are a LOT of stairs but there is an elevator that really helped with suitcases, etc. The view of the back and the lake from the THREE verandas is incredible. I highly recommend.

50 year anniversary trip

This property was simply wonderful. It was large and fit our family perfectly. My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary surrounded by our 3 children, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren… ages ranging from 2 to 17. The property is beautiful and is located in a beautiful neighborhood right on the lake. The pool was large and exceptional. The grandchildren were in the pool within a few minutes of our arrival. It was very clean and there were plenty on beach towels and a lot of pool toys. The inside of the house was furnished beautifully and comfortably. Plenty of room for all 14 of us. The kitchen was very well equipped as we cooked most of our meals at the house. We had a private chef prepare our anniversary meal and she was also impressed. Our host was wonderful. She was hands down the best host we have ever had in our Vrbo travels. I wanted to surprise my wife with some floral arrangements that matched the ones we had on our wedding day. She recommended a great florist that did a fantastic job creating floral arrangements from pictures I texted to them from our wedding album. I wanted some recommendations for restaurants in the area. Again, our host knocked it out of the park. It was so great that our grandkids (really all of us) didn’t want to leave. I would rate this home and host on a scale of 1 to 10 an eleven.

Wonderful!

Our multigenerational family of 10 enjoyed the house and location very much. It was easy to make a Walmart run or go out to eat. The pool was a huge hit and the spacious house allowed us plenty of game-time fun. One of the biggest surprises came with the deer who make the neighborhood their home! My grandkids enjoyed hand-feeding some of watching the fawns play. Very, very memorable vacation.

Wedding Weekend for our youngest son

The beautiful home, and the house were absolutely the best! This home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a enjoyable stay on the lake. The view from every window in the backside of the house is purely serene. I cannot say enough about our enjoyable few days. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay!

Our entire family including 3 generations and 14 people spent the week for vacation and loved it. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of beach towels and pool toys. The beds were all comfy with lovely bedding and soft sheets. We did have one couple that had to sleep on the lower bunk bed (full size) and I wouldn't recommend that for adults. We spent most of our time at the pool. One day we rented a pontoon boat at the marina right across the lake and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend going to "2 ft cove". We also enjoyed a casual dinner with live music one night at "Awe Daddy's" which is at the marina. We fished off the dock down at the lake but you can't really swim since there is no ladder. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and couldn't believe all the deer! All in all, a simply wonderful and relaxing week. Tammy was easy to get ahold of and assisted with any questions or advice needed. We also appreicated Chasity who helped out with a bunch of miscellaneous things and even came over to take some pictures for us. Thank you!

Wonderful Home

We stayed for a family gathering. We loved the home. It felt very much like a home, with all the needed kitchen tools, blankets in the best spots, towels, games. The house was very clean and we loved all the decor. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around. The whole family loved the pool and spotting deer. It was a wonderful time and the home was perfect!

Beautiful getaway!

We are a large family with 9 adults and several kids ranging from 18 months to 18 years old. This house was glorious! We traveled from Chicago. It was very easy to get to. We have a boat but needed another one for the week. The marina… literally across the lake from the house was very easy to get to! We skied and tubed a ton on the lake. It is not busy and there are a few fun places you could stop at if you wanted to grab a bite to eat. The pool at the house is spectacular. We enjoyed having that option everyday we were there. It is also fenced in so it feels safe when you have littles. The balconies are so great. We spent a lot of time there in the morning and at night. Because we were a large group we placed a Walmart order the day we arrived and had it delivered after we checked in. It was so nice to not have to get there, unpack then make a trip to the store. The house has EVERYTHING!!!!!!! We cooked most of our meals there and we weren’t wondering or wishing for anything. The owner was extremely easy to get a hold of which was a huge plus. We did travel downtown Nashville for a day and it is about a 35-40 minute drive. Easy and well worth it if you are staying for more than just a few days. We hope to come back!!!! Beautiful property!

What a beautiful home!

We would have to say that this was our very favorite VRBO rental ever…and we have rented several over the years. This home is beautiful, has a terrific, large swimming pool, great covered porches and a stellar kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all exceptionally large with comfortable beds and large updated showers. The entire setting with the deer in the yard and the cranes on the dock made our family getaway perfect! We would love to go back to stay here again someday.

Wedding weekend

We rented this amazing home for my sons wedding who was getting married close by I had all my sons with their wives and my grandson all together. We enjoyed every part of the house. From playing pool, playing games, going for walks and having family dinner together. I love to cook. And this kitchen was very well equipped. Made it so much fun to cook for my family. We are planning to go back one day soon. I highly recommend this property!!!

Most Beautiful Home Ever

We had booked this beautiful property to celebrate our sisters 30th birthday. It was a group of 12 of us, mixed between family members and friends. The bed rooms were perfect for our size and no one was left with a bad room. They all were beautiful (Although there was some argument on who got the master 😉LOL) All kidding aside it was one of the most memorable vacations to date. We rented a huge pontoon boat from the Marina direct across the river which was awesome, and hired a driver to bring us to and from down town which took about 35-45 minutes. Overall 10/10 and the birthday girl was very happy!

ONE OF A KIND!

This home was the ultimate in comfortable luxury. It is truly breathtaking beautiful. We have taken family vacations in various locations with our grown-up kids and grandkids for many, many years. I can say, without a doubt, that this property was the favorite for each and every one of us! So much so, that we are already looking forward to returning next year and the years ahead. The rooms were spacious, inviting and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for us all to be together and lots of nice areas for a quiet bit of reading or work. The beds and linens were plush and dream worthy, and the closets were more than ample. The pool was a great hit as was the pool table, games, puzzles and large tvs. The area is quiet and serene with a beautiful view. Groceries, restaurants and movies are nearby if you need them. Thank you so much, Tammy, for your gracious hospitality and care. We love your home! I must add that Chasity was so helpful in answering little questions that we had occasionally. She is a treasure as well. Can't wait to see you next year!! Missing it already.

A week to remember...

Our family, as a whole, is afforded the luxury of a reunion only a single short time out of each year. Hence, such a special time aimed at leaving the most memorable of moments must be perfect. This exquisite home could not have been any better for our quest. The pool was by far the biggest hit fir kids of all ages in our group. Fantastic Stay!

We booked the property for a family vacation and were very excited based on the pictures in the listing. The property did not disappoint and neither did the service provided by our host Tammy. The house was spectacular, very clean and updated throughout. I was especially happy with the wifi as I did have to work a little on vacation. If we had any questions we were texted back within minutes. The outside pool area was awesome and we spent most of our time there. We would love to stay again next year and would recommend this house to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Tammy and appreciate everything you did to make our vacation great!
