I will start with the positive, the property itself is beautiful & well maintained. We were able to obtain parking in the upper garage and park for free for our entire stay. A very nice perk for Nashville. The pool area is beautiful. Also, the reception & security staff were amazing.Unfortunately upon check-in, the Latch app we were asked to download did not work as we had no internet. After messaging back & forth with owner, she provided us with manual codes, until we could connect to Wi-Fi. Upon entry, we found that the unit had never been cleaned. Once again, contacted owner who was very apologetic. Due to the lateness, she couldn’t have unit cleaned until the following day. She arranged a hotel for us downtown. This was a necessary alternative; however, not how we planned on spending our first night in Nashville. Upon check-in, there were a few other issues regarding supplies/ perks that were supposed to come with rental, reached out to owner again, who quickly remedied the matter with a Walmart delivery.The listing does mention there is train noise. This was pretty much non-stop & didn’t allow for the best relaxation at pool or on patio (which was directly next to train track). Ear plugs are provided for sleeping.Thankfully, the owner was very responsive & apologetic concerning all issues. However, I would have preferred not having to reach out to her at all. No fun starting our trip with all the stressors we faced.
