Nice place. Had a little trouble with the entry code but it was quickly resolved. The manager did a great job and was readily available. Beds were comfortable. From appearances the neighborhood is being revamped which is a good thing!

Great friends trip.

The home was centrally located, it allowed for day trips out of Nashville. Having 3 bathrooms worked out for our group so we did not have to coordinate showers. The kitchen was large enough for us to enjoy meals or snacks together.

50th celebration

Was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this place. One suggestion may be to remove the wasp nest above the front door entry way patio ceiling, didn't have an issue, but never know 😉. Thanks again, we really enjoyed it!! Will definitely stay here again next time.

Excellent location and wonderful hosts

Everything about this experience was wonderful! Our hosts communicated extremely well and checked in with us throughout our stay and were very responsive with our questions. Would highly recommend this place and it is close to all the Nashville attractions! It was great!

Very impressed

The place was outstanding, and was exactly what we were looking for. We were so pleased with the service, cleanliness, open space, plenty of supplies, and etc. I can go on and on. They have plenty of games for the entire family to play with. I think they went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. I would ignore the people talking about hearing the freeway, because that wasn’t an issue. If you were outside, then yes of course you can hear it. If you were inside there was no issue. I will just finish with, we were very impressed with the house and everything that came with. We would highly recommend. Thanks for having our family. We plan on coming back.

Great area close to downtown Nashville

Stay was great, although we did a few minor inconveniences. Ants were in the kitchen area, the previous folks had put a bottle cap down the garbage disposal, other than that it was a good property, the listing did not mention that this place had three floors so we had to adjust for some of guests but other than that it was clean and well kept.

Very cozy

This was the perfect spot for our mother daughter trip. My daughter and her cousin enjoyed their room. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mom. The only downside was no TVs in two of the bedrooms.

Property location was very close to downtown which made travel easy. The property itself is very nice and the 3.5 bath option is a major plus. The location is next to a highway so noise during the day was noticeable. The management company was easy to manage but the property didn't have an iron and ironing board on site. While a new iron was delivered quickly, it didn't work.

Our stay was amazing! We had 3 couples and this was perfect! The layout is amazing and exactly as showing online. The team you communicate with during the stay is awesome. I definitely give a five star rating and will definitely try to plan a stay here again as we are in Nashville several times a year!

It was a very nice house very clean. The record. Player was awesome. It’s in a good location. Everything went very easy. The neighborhood was good. Had everything in the kitchen that you could use to cook any meal the water pressure was good not the best we had a great stay the house was very clean. We had friends that stayed down the road and the houses were not as clean.

Great Place

We have stayed in so many places and this was by far the cleanest and neatest place we have ever stayed. It was so well set up and organized with many essential utensils if we had wanted to stay around and cook a meal. I actually even contacted them the day we arrived to try to book it again for two separate one night stays when we would be traveling through Nashville in the future, but there is a two night minimum and we were bummed to find out we would have to try to find another place. The beds were comfortable, and it was everything we had hoped for and more! Would definitely recommend!

Overall a great stay

My daughter and I came to Nashville for shopping and a mother/daughter getaway. The rental is 3 floors with the main living area in the middle, so a lot of stair climbing! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and suited our needs. There's an abundance of dishware and cookware, big plus. The pantry is huge with several additional small appliances. One thing that struck us as funny was there were four kinds of sugar but no cooking oil of any kind. They did have a spice rack, which came in handy. We brought our pup with us and he thoroughly enjoyed the second floor deck. There's not a designated dog park and unfortunately others didn't have the same decency to pick up their dog's messes, but we found an area behind the building where the garages are that was mostly clean and that's where we ended up taking our dog to potty. The main and biggest complaint that we have about this property is nothing the owners can necessarily do anything about: the noise. Though they were gracious enough to provide ear plugs. There are two kinds of noises: the highway within 100 feet out the front door and the construction of apartments and such nearby. It's like a nonstop cacophony that you almost, though not quite, get used to, but then realize just how loud it was after you leave. My daughter had trouble sleeping, and though I always have my sound machine with me, it didn't always block out all the noise. Even with that said, though, it was a great rental and we'd recommend it to others.

Very pleasant stay

Property was exactly as advertised. Perfect amount of space for 2 families with one room to spare. The only complaint is there is little noise insulation. You will hear everything. They do provide earplugs - so that helps with some of it.

NOISY

Well first of all when we checked in we saw noise machines and ear plugs in each of the rooms. Then we figured out why, its so close to the main highways and also the trains. We had to sleep with he bathroom fan running all night along with all the other noise canceling items. Then we went to bed the bed frame was broken so we sank into the middle of the bed!! I have to say the management company did try and fix it after me giving them multiple texts and complaining. The sent out one guy and he did almost nothing and it broke again, so then 2 nights of bad sleep them finally on the 3 night to two more guys came in a made a new support for the bed, so finally after 3 night we got some sleep (other than the road noise). Then I go to make coffee and the coffee pot carafe is broken so I had to wait for two day for that to get replaced. So no sleep, no coffee, NOT GOOD. The location was good, but the area is not very good!!!

I was disappointed in the location of the property. It was in an area that I would not have preferred to stay and the host did not disclose this. I felt unsafe. The condo itself was very clean and everything was organized. I would have preferred more towels for the guests. The air conditioner also turned off throughout the night.
