Stay was lovely. We were there for our daughter’s college graduation. Location was great. Biggest plus…plenty of bathroom space! Lots of steps so beware if anyone struggles with stairs. However there is a first floor bedroom & bath & that’s super. Wonderful stay. Good communication. Will return!

The place was exactly as AvantStay advertised w VRBO and location was walking distance to some great areas. Amenities needed a wee bit of help. Promise of laundry, we had to ask for detergent (which was listed as provided), had to ask for bath and hair products. Large container did not have and small hotel size were not enough. Was provided in a timely manner for once requested. Check in and Check out seamless. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Very nice property. Very well equipped and managed. Four bedrooms/four baths and plenty of seating in the kitchen/living area. Parking was costly at 23 per day per vehicle. It is a very quiet neighborhood and convenient to all the great venues. We will definitely keep this one in mind when we return to Nashville

Right when you walked in, it was very inviting! There were four of us traveling together, so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. There is one bed/bath right off the kitchen/living space, then there were two bedrooms on the second level where you had to navigate going up 20 steps and then the third bed and bath were located another 13 steps on the third level where the patio was located. We stayed home the first night putting together a charcuterie board. When it came time to open up the wine, we couldn't find a wine opener which was unusual. However, we called the host and they had one sent over via InstaCart to our front door within an hour. We had an issue with the TV where it wasn't working, but the host got it working on our second full day there which was nice to have for listening to music, etc.We enjoyed sitting out on the patio. We added one chair from one of the bedrooms, as there were only three chairs around the table. We watched groups of people arriving and enjoyed sitting outside on a beautiful night. The queen beds, pillows and comforters were comfortable. The walk-in showers have a rain shower head that was really high, so if people don't want to get their hair wet each day, they should bring a shower cap.We didn't see a Guest Book like some places have that recommend shopping, restaurants or coffee shops within walking distance. Perhaps that's because of the internet. All in all, we had a wonderful time! Thank You.

The property has a great location! The beds were comfortable. There was no ice maker????? Parking is deceptive in that you charge for it. We parked on the street but had to move our cars by 8am and could not park before 4pm. We could not carpool to our office as we could not leave cars on the street. The bedding is not what you would expect. The comforters are too heavy for summer and there is no alternative. One comforter was torn on the bottom side. There is only one TV and when 4 co-workers are traveling together and working long hours, or in the morning to listen to their own news station, that was not possible. We had one who could not sleep without a TV on and so she was miserable. No TVs in the bedrooms was totally unexpected. The bottom floor bedroom window shade did not go up. there were bugs, not roaches just ants, spider, crickets etc. Other than all of that, it was a nice place. We are in Nashville for 9 weeks and looking for a spot to lease week after week. The parking, bedding and lack of TVs made us cross this one off our list.

Quality rental, nice location. What prevented me from giving the highest rating is the little things - a shampoo bottle was empty, a body wash bottle was empty, a lightbulb was out, the walls had a lot of scuffs and marks. Would have been nice to have extra towels and more glasses for a group of eight guests. The furnishings are sparse. Overall, it's good, not great.

Close to downtown Nashville, walking distance to Music Row bars. Clean, overall good experience. Some negatives. Check-in is at 4pm. We arrived around 3:50pm, called the property & asked if I could enter early since they had already given me the door code. They Nick Saban'd me saying NO, it's not 4pm yet so we waited the 10 extra minutes to enter. Not a big deal, just not accommodating. I know many hotels have parking fees but this is a private rental & they have spaces on their property that could have been used for free, especially considering I just spent THOUSANDS of for 4 nights over Memorial Day weekend. 20 per night for each car is a little much. ProTip: There is street parking out front readily available for FREE. There is a sign that says 2 hour parking Mon-Fri between 8am - 4pm. So if you are there for the weekend you can get it without having to pay as long as you follow the sign rules. There were 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. The description led me to believe that each bedroom had it's own en-suite bathroom. This is only true for bedrooms on the upper levels. The 1st flr Bedroom does not have it's own per se. There is a full bathroom for the downstairs bedroom but it's not within the suite. It's right outside the bedroom, used as a communal restroom while hanging out downstairs. Top floor bathroom has Jack & Jill door if hanging out on balcony. One of the bedrooms has the wiring to ceiling fan tied in incorrectly. You can't have the fan on w/o having lights on
