Overall the home worked well for my group of friends. We spent most of our time out, so it was basically just a place for us to catch up on some sleep and eat breakfast. The home is a short drive to Midtown, Broadway, etc. It is even walkable if you want. The kitchen is very thinly appointed. It had just enough pots and pans, two coffee machines, but no oil or seasonings other than salt and pepper. In my experience, most VRBO homes will have some seasonings, oil, etc. in the kitchen, but this didn't. The kitchen is a bit of a funky layout, but we made it work. The fridge needed its filter replaced while we were there and the property management offered to come out while we were there, but we didn't want to worry about having to be there. We were asked to take a picture of the filter for them. The start button on the dryer was broken and hanging by the cord out the back of the dryer. You could still push it and get it to run, but the knob was busted off. The shower on the main floor was very slow to drain - I stood in over an inch of shower water each day.The TV in the main room was a bit glitchy - not sure if that was the TV or the Internet. The internet worked well for us while we were there. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked well, and there was enough seating. The upstairs patio is small, but has seating for about 8 people. There is a good sized dining room, though we didn't ever use it. The rooms are spaced nicely so everyone had some privacy.
