The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and an over sized vanity. The second bedroom offers a spacey and comfortable twin over queen bunk bed!

You must be 23 or older to rent the property; a photo ID is required upon booking via Guest Ranger. Before checking in, you required to sign a rental agreement via email for Nashville/Metro policy guidelines. An email address is required for the rental agreement & check in information. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am

----We provide a starter supply of basic guest amenities to help you settle in comfortably. These are not restocked during your stay and include:

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 2 rolls of paper towels
• 1 cleaning sponge
• A handful of K-Cups or a small bag of ground coffee

For longer stays or larger groups, we recommend bringing or purchasing any additional supplies you may need.
