Clean and Perfect!

This was our third year staying at this cabin and we love it! It’s always clean. Host is incredibly responsive and communication is always solid. We can’t wait to stay again.

Winter Getaway

Very pleased driving up, as we entered the door I was wowed how spacious it was, and very clean, I Love that there were some older aspects of the cabin, it made me feel like I was staying at my old family cabin when I was a little girl. The fireplace was my very first experience with one so I was in a cabin wonderland!!! I will definitely be revisiting this cabin and do recommend that anyone who sees this review will trust me when I say it was a Comfy, cozy, home away from home! The owners were available anytime if I had a question or just me saying thank you and my gratitude to them for renting their cabin to us for the weekend. All good things to say about our stay! Another Great Stay

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it. It’s so roomy for our family of 6. It’s always super clean and we sleep good. The property manager always communicates effectively and often. We love this area and love staying here.

Very Accommodating Host

Originally had scheduled to stay here in September, but became sick a few days prior. Amber was wonderful in letting us reschedule, even though she had no obligation to do that!! Very clean and super easy check-in! During our stay we had off and on rain and found the cottage very cozy for our down time! Thanks again, will definitely stay if in the area again!

Cute, clean cottage

The cottage was perfect for our family getaway. It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Amber was helpful, and prompt with answering all of my questions. We had a great time, and would definitely stay again!

Perfect Vacation

Very clean, perfect location, property manager was very responsive. we could not have asked for a better vacation. Had some water issues but everything was handled very promptly and with utmost respect by the property manager.

Relaxing vacation

Very quiet neighborhood, property was very specious and clean. There was not a lot to do in Tawas but my 2 year old granddaughter was very happy with the Tawas beach.

Loved this property!

Myself and 4 friends spent the weekend here for a girls weekend away. The day of I got a message saying there was a small issue with the property but they were working on getting it taken care of. It was all done and fixed by the time we arrived. That being said the communication with the owners was seamless! The very first thing we noticed was that it was SO CLEAN! There was enough space for the 5 of us. The front porch was a great spot for evening charades and the firepit was great too! The easement for the water was close and easy to access. It was a great spot to hang out. The water was clean and the beach was sandy. If there was one small critique or suggestion I have it would only be mayb a few more cooking utensils and pots/pans. This was totally only a personal preference thing, because we cooked all of meals over the weekend and wished we had another bowl here or there or possibly a griddle pan, stuff like that. We made due and we all agreed we'd like to come back again!

You've Found Your Vacation Home!

Look no further... This is where you want to stay on your vacation!! The location is fantastic for a family with diverse interests. The home has beach access to Sand Lake within walking distance, a fire pit, and room to play frisbee/football/volleyball in the yard! My family if teenagers prefers to sleep in on vacation, so this morning person was happy to have the opportunity to spend time on the lake/read/do yoga as everyone else slept. Once they woke up, it's a short 20min drive into Tawas where there is cute shopping, delicious restaurants, beautiful beaches and parks, and places to rent boats! The host was accommodating, accessible, and quick to respond. Her home was cozy, clean and inviting. We will 10/10 recommend to friends and family! Enjoy your vacation!!

Pleasant Stay

We had a wonderful time, stayed for 3 weeks. Amber was easy to communicate with when needed or just because. Spacious for 4 people which is a plus when staying somewhere for a while. Even neighbors were friendly. I highly recommend this property.

Comfortable and roomy

We had plenty of space to spread out, but could all be together, as well. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cooking ware. Nice little touches throughout. Amber was easy to communicate with and responsive to a small matter we needed taken care of. It was a great location for the grandkids, ages 10, 8 & 2 with the back patio, front deck and short walk to the beach.

Beautiful place. So clean!

My wife is a Norwex consultant and loves to clean. When we entered the cabin the first words were, “It’s so shiny!” This was to the kitchen floor. This place was so clean and inviting. The beds were great and we all slept so comfortably. We can’t wait to come back and use it again!

Amazing little town!

I was amazed at how clean and peaceful this property is! Amber is a great property owner that ensured our stay was very comfortable. We explored the many sights around during the day, and warmed up by the fireplace in the evenings. We will definitely book with Amber again.

Ideal spot for winter fun!

Spent two relaxing nights in the perfect location. Was able to spend the day ice fishing and snowshoeing. With all the lakes around it was nice to know it was only a quick hop in the car back to a warm and cozy cabin that had everything I needed for my stay.
