„This is a really great location if you want to be in the heart of San Diego. Great for conferences and site seeing! It is a bit loud but tolerable given your right downtown. Some outdoor common spaces were nice. My only issue was that the shower didn't get super hot but worked well. I would stay again! “

„Loved the area and all it has to offer. Parking is a bit tricky with the daily Promenade street closures but the parking garage is easily accessible and it is a super nice perk that comes with the unit. This unit is in the middle of the Gaslamp and that brings with it a colorful and diverse crowd, including some folks that are un-housed - just be aware of that. Ben is an awesome host - very communicative and supportive. Hope to stay here again someday!“

„For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The property owner was quick to respond, address any needs, and accommodating with requests. Parking can be challenging and other residents did not abide to quiet hours. Was surprised that there wasn't any air-conditioning, but that was an oversight on our behalf, as its not listed as an amenity provided.“

„Our stay was comfortable for our family vacation. The location was great, easy freeway access and close to stores and restaurants. However, the house felt as though it was not cleaned properly. Upon checking in we found food still in the fridge and freezer, the dish towel was dirty, the grill was dirty and not covered, the bathroom drawers had stuff in each drawer.
