« Great location. Great staff. Clean room. Good food »

« The room was very spacious. The staff was incredibly kind. Thimphu is small enough you can walk everywhere. If you do a hike or anything they’ll make you a “to go” box. My ONLY complaint is you can hear noises outside, but if you are a heavy sleeper it will be fine. Wonderful hotel. »

« Don't get me wrong, the hotel is fine. But here, I will only focus on the unsatisfying part: the dining. The chief probably doesn't know how to cook a steak. »

« Services are not at par with the price. WiFi connection was always unstable and particularly the food was not to the standard of a 5 star hotel. »

« room cleaning could be more thorough. They did not take used glasses, plates, shower cap. Heating was not on - but I was provided an extra heater »

« The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The serve good quality coffee and has a trained barista. The only downside is some of the rooms heating isn’t working at all. »

« We had a spectacular time. In addition to a beautiful property the entire staff were exceptionally good and caring. The hotel has excellent food, great outdoor activities. Two areas to improve, the access road and the gym where the machines did not work well. Overall a wonderful stay. »

« I had a nice time staying in Khamsum inn . I wish I cound give them excellent rating. They need to work little more on that. Next time , I will ask for the room one above. Little away from noise and for a better view. Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional. When I come back to Thimphu I know where to stay. Best of luck for Khamsum Inn . »
