« It was grest historic place. Clean for the most part. On the 7 th floor in the vending and ice area there was alot of dirty dishes with food still on them on a shelf, Across from the service elevators. It was there when we arrived and still there when we left. Stayed 2 nights. That was kinda gross. The pool area was Amazing though! Room was very clean. Overall our experience was good! Staff was really great too which I appreciated. We will be back. »

« Place was very nice and the View was gorgeous. Only complaint i have is you could hear every foot step upstairs. I think the kids had jumped off the bed few times but really think just material used for the flooring wasnt thick enough (im not a builder as you can tell lol ) you could even hear them opening the sliding door. Finally the family upstairs went to bed around midnight so then we could fall asleep lol. But thats the only complaint. Bed was comfortable which is very important »
