Great time in Navarre Beach!

DeeAnna was one of the best hosts I’ve worked with in my time of renting properties from VRBO. She was readily available 24/7 and super nice. Her condo was beautiful - absolutely accommodating for my family of six and we are so excited to come back!

Excellent Beach Vacation Condo!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The accommodations were perfect for our family of 6. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, A/C works great, furniture and appliances are all in great shape, fantastic view of the beach and Santa Rosa Sound, & complimentary chair service is a big deal. The elevators work quickly - easy & quick access to the pool & beach. There's a storage closet on the ground level to keep beach gear, which makes it easier to get to the beach. The property keeps a box of beach & pool toys for kids to borrow. The whole facility has been kept in great condition. Communication with the property manager was perfect...quick responses & all information clearly posted in their web portal. The beach is fantastic - clear water & beautiful sand. Navarre is the place to be if you want a relaxing beach vacation. We will definitely be returning to this condo next year!

Great stay!

We come to the beach every summer. We chose Navarre this year because of this condo. When we arrived, it was so clean! The view was amazing, it was also well stocked for anything we may have forgotten. The communication with the owner was second to none. She was absolutely amazing. We have already booked our stay for next year with the same owner!! Highly recommended!

Wonderful

Our room was wonderful. The property had everything we needed! We wanted to use the blender and found that it didn’t work, called property manager and we had a brand new blender within 30 minutes! I have visited Navarre the last 4 years and this has been one of the best! I loved that the unit provided beach towels as well. The beach attendants were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this property and will book again!

Family girls trip!

We had a wonderful stay, and the condo was very spacious and matched the photos and description very well! Communication was great and very clear! We would definitely stay here again! The only thing that was slightly misleading was the beach chair service-while it was first come first serve, however even when we got down by 7:30 AM, hardly anyone was down there yet but we were unable to get a front row chair set and could not make a reservation to have one the following day either, as the chair service attendant said only the owners could do that, regardless of the first come first serve. Which was very hard with two young toddlers, who wanted to stay in the water- being on the second row and having little view in front of us did not allow for supervision of children and we did not bring our own chairs or umbrella because we were under the impression with the chairs and umbrella service being included and the first come first serve, we would not need to bring any! Other than that we were very pleased with our stay!

Had a wonderful week at Beach Colony Resort 16a. Amenities were great, condo is comfortable and cozy. Had great weather, and temperature was perfect for beach time. Enjoyed the views from the 16th floor in all directions and took some wonderful sunset and sunrise pictures! Reading on the balcony after a day on the beach with the sound of the waves is great therapy! Enjoyed a different seafood dish every night at the many restaurants in the area. Navarre Beach is a great place to chill and relax.

Amazing Condo

This Condo was absolutely amazing, very comfy living area for relaxing after a day on the beach, balcony was so enjoyable with an amazing view, each room has its own bathroom and very comfy beds, kitchen was well equipped and very safe gated area for our girls trip. Very clean condo and smooth check in process. Absolutely recommend this beautiful condo.

Perfect family vacation

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. From the moment we drove through the gate everything was beautiful, clean and in order. The communication and organization with Deann was superb and no detail was left out. The grounds are maintained meticulously and everyone on site is so friendly and kind. The pool is amazing...just amazing! The views from this unit are just really beyond words..the view of the sounds and the gulf are perfection. You will need for nothing except more time:) We would be honored to come and stay again and look forward to our time on the most beautiful beaches in the world! Thank you for sharing this with us. Perfect Vacation

The condo was the perfect place to bring our adult children and 7 yr old granddaughter. Three bedrooms and three baths and a nice den and balcony views of the Sound and the Gulf! We have been renting condos in Navarre and this one has been the best so far!
