The beach view was unobstructed and the property was kept very clean. The property description was accurate, and as a matter of fact, it was more spacious than we anticipated. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and pillows. There was plenty to do in the area. This place was fantastic. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to my family and friends.

This is my favorite condo on Navarre Beach! Beautiful views! But the home was clean, cute and smelled good. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked for cooking! Even the vibe in the condo was happy and calm. What a special place! Thank you. We will rent here with our family for years to come:)

Needs a little work

We have stayed five times at Navarre Beach in Summerwind, in different condos each time. We love going to Navarre Beach and have some family in the general area, but this Condo needs a little work. While we were there, one bathroom ceiling started leaking and some sheetrock fell from the ceiling into the tub. We contacted management and I guess there was a leak above us. One of the front bedrooms looks like there is mold in the corner of the ceiling, possibly more areas. There was also a cracker under the bed in this room, visible so it wasn't under the middle of the bed. Each morning there were cockroaches or bugs on the kitchen counters, they were supposed to spray for them while we were there staying. But kind of gross. Also, the kitchen light fixture needs to be cleaned as there were a lot of bugs in it. There was some type of foam on the floor in one of the closets, I am not sure if it was carpet foam or bedding foam, but didn't look very good. and the closet doors to the washer and dryer need fixed, they barely close and are not aligned so it was very difficult to try and close them. We will come back to Summerwind and stay again, but would a better cared for unit.

Great trip!!!

We loved our stay. The condo is very clean and properly described. I will say that the two guests rooms are more warm than the rest of the condo but a box fan is provided. The cold air does come out of the vents, but it’s just a little warmer than the rest of the unit. We did have an issue with the automatic lock not working but the management company handled our issue swiftly. The lock knob has to be slightly turned from a horizontal position which is slightly annoying because who would think to turn the lock in an odd position but once it was corrected, it was fine. The elevators are fast. The property was very clean and well kept. The walk is a short walk to the beach/sand. The location is perfectly located on the island. The unit is in walking distance to Windjammers for a quick meal. Every employee we came in contact with was super friendly and helpful.

Great location

Loved the location of this property. The first night we stayed, the light in kitchen and master bed were not working. Sent text and it was fixed next day. Last night we were there, opened cabinet to get a bowl and a small roach ran to the back of the cabinet. Also, had one on the kitchen counter the same night. For being right on the beach, one would hope to find beach towels. We did find 2 beach chairs and a stroller, which was nice. The prop has high top table and chairs on balcony, which made me nervous with small kids as it wouldn’t be difficult for one to go right over the railing. Overall, the prop was nice.

Best condo

I stay at summerwind each year, and this has been my favorite unit. My son and I stayed in April of 2024. It’s very beautifully decorated. My only comment is that the A/C unit ran at all times and it wouldn’t get below 74. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but noticeable at times.

Property is great as well as the location. Husband is in a wheelchair and was able to navigate ok in the condo after minor adjustments to furniture placement. He could not, however, get to the bathroom- he uses the facilities in the workout room but none of the toilets are handicap height in case that’s an issue.

We had a great time!!! The unit was clean and beds were Very comfy. Only problem we had was one TV didn’t work and there was a hole over the shower In the master bathroom. Apparently there was a leak from the room above, kinda creepy but it was FINE!! We would not hesitate to rent again!!

Beach front vacation

Awesome location and the view was amazing. The sand is the softest I’ve ever been on. Water was clear and incredible. The pier is so close and animal life observed from it was so fun. Room was clean and very nice. I would have liked to had constant hot water. With 3 bathrooms and everyone wanting to shower after the beach when the hot water ran out that was a bummer. There was a mold spot on the ceiling above one shower. Our stay was great though and the Bible verses sprinkled throughout made it perfect for our family. We’d love to come back and stay in the same room!!

Beautiful and Convenient

The kitchen, den and master bedrooms were very spacious. Very nicely decorated and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. As for comfort, my only complaint is that one of the bedrooms stayed very warm, whereas the rest of the condo was comfortable. We have stayed in many different condominiums over the years, and this seems to be a common problem. There was a box fan in the closet as well as a ceiling fan. Also, there was a big mold stain on the ceiling above the master bath shower about 2.5 feet in diameter, maybe caused by a leak in the above condo bath.

The condo was exactly like the pictures! The check in was easy and we even were allowed to get in early as the condo was ready at 3. Views were amazing…so nice to sit and watch the waves every morning while enjoying coffee. We will be back and book again!!
