The apartment offers three bright bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom features a king-size double bed, a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space, and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a single bed, a desk, and its own private balcony, making it especially convenient for guests who may need a quiet space to work or study. The third bedroom includes a single bed and a trundle pop-up bed, offering extra flexibility for families or groups.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, cookware, and everything you may need to prepare breakfast, a quick lunch, or a relaxed dinner at home. The spacious living room includes a comfortable sofa and a full-size dining table, creating a welcoming space for meals, conversation, or simply unwinding after a day at the beach.

There is one bathroom with solar-heated hot water, and essential toiletries and amenities are provided for your convenience, including hand soap, toilet paper, a hairdryer, and laundry detergent for the washing machine. One of our favourite features of the property is the large private balcony with a street view and outdoor dining space. It is a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee, have breakfast in the fresh air, or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a practical layout that gives guests enough space to enjoy time together while still having privacy when they need it.

The location is one of the things guests appreciate most. Agios Georgios Beach is only about 300 metres away, and the apartment is also within easy walking distance of Naxos Town, the Venetian Castle, and the Port of Naxos. You can enjoy a morning swim, wander through the charming streets of the Old Town and Castle area, stop for coffee or dinner, and return home comfortably on foot. Naxos Port is approximately 900 metres away, while the airport is only a short drive from the apartment.

A mini market is located just across the street, so everyday essentials are always close by. There are also restaurants, cafés, bakeries, shops, and local businesses in the surrounding area, making it easy to enjoy Naxos without needing a car for everything. The nearest bus stop is around a five-minute walk away, giving you convenient access to other parts of the island.

One of our favourite things to do is walk to Agios Georgios Beach and then continue towards Naxos Town, the waterfront, the Venetian Castle, and the port. Along the way, you’ll find cafés, bakeries, restaurants, local shops, and plenty of places to stop and enjoy the atmosphere of Naxos. It is a very easy and enjoyable walk, especially in the morning or around sunset.
