« Literally booked this the day before we arrived, found it easily enough, completely off the beaten track, lovely and quiet, really lovely little place, ample big enough for a family, plenty to do in the area. 20 mins or so from Caerphilly and Cardiff, plenty of places to eat or shop, just had a really nice time. Cut short by some issues at home but we'll definitely be back for longer next time. Thanks for accomodating us. »

« The hosts were fabulous and blew is away with their welcome pack but is not suitable to sleep 4. Everything is just in one room and there's only seating for 2 unless you want to sit on a bar stool. The layout also needs rethinking because at one point my wife was in bed having a cup of tea and waved to the hosts as they pulled up in their car. If they switched the sofa and bed you'd get more privacy and be able to watch the tv from the sofa. Otherwise, it was great. Would recommend for a couple. »

« For anyone wanting to "get away from it all" this provides a unique opportunity. No phone signal and no internet in the area where the Shepherd huts are situated provides perfect peace. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, and superbly functional, everything you need is here. In an area which is very close to the Beacons National Park, close enough for access and far enough away from the "beaten tourist path" to offer solitude and peace and quiet. The local town of Llangadog offers places...
