„Refrigerator did not work. The hot water did not get very hot.“

„When we arrived to check in, the front desk employee was in the breakfast area talking with friends instead of assisting guests. Once she finally came to the desk, she was very short and rude throughout the check-in process. There was a long line of guests waiting behind me, and after completing my check-in, she announced my room number out loud for the entire lobby to hear. That is a basic privacy and safety concern and showed a lack of professionalism and training. The beds were just okay, ...
