„It was our 2nd time at the Ocean House. We love the location and view is amazing. We only ate dinner out 3 times in 10 days because we enjoyed cooking and you couldn’t beat our view. All the staff were wonderful. We had an 84th birthday party at Breezes for my father-in-law and they made the night so special from a wonderful dinner, bonfire on the beach and live entertainment. „The unit itself was fine once you were inside, except there was no TV service. However, we were not told that the entire facility was under construction. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere.“

„This property is run down and neglected. The kitchen has mould around the taps, pots and pans and dishes old. No tea towels to do dishes. Very old fixtures. We didn't use the kitchen because of these reasons. The bathroom is a nightmare. Toilet is rusty and disgusting around the base. "We (a couple) had a wonderful 14 day stay at White Sands Negril. Our Standard Beach Bungalow (on the beach side of the resort) was clean, spacious and well equipped. It also had a fridge and a large balcony. The maids came every other day. There were no beach towels, but they can be bought there. The entire staff is very friendly and fun. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner right on the beach with a beautiful view. You can also eat on a roof terrace where you can watch the sea even more beautiful as well as the sunset. The girls in the beach bar do a very good job and are always in a good mood and friendly (best wishes to Bubbles and Ice). The hotel is located on the most beautiful stretch of beach and there are plenty of sun loungers and always a spot in the shade. The sea is a dream and is perfect for swimming and lingering in the water. We had an all-round wonderful stay and would definitely come back. "
