This place is EXACTLY as it is advertised! My husband and i vacationed here with another couple. The place was beautiful, the beach was beautiful and the staff was AMAZING. We will be back!
Tropical property on a beautiful beach! Everyone enjoyed the friendly & helpful staff. Hated to leave, booked same place for next year as soon as we got home. As advertised!
We would definitely stay at Beach House Condos again. Property was clean, felt very safe, security 24 hours at the front and on the beach. Workers all were friendly. Did have a few minor issues with room but they were addressed promptly. Felt safe walking to local restaurants.
The Beach House Condos in Negril were just what we four girlfriends wanted. Plenty of space with 2 BR, 2BA, Full Kitchen, LR and outside decks. Our condo (lower Jungle House) was in the gardens (very quiet) just a few feet from 7 mile beach. Staff was helpful and friendly. Be sure to have Captain Raymond (he is wonderful!) take you out to the island in his glass bottom boat for snorkeling and for a lobster and chicken dinner that he cooks over an open fire pit. Delicious. If we would have had more time we would have gone twice! $70USD per person. So worth it! Take a free ow shuttle to Catch a Fallen Star located on the cliffs for dinner and sunset Cab back. Beautiful. Great food. Kuyaba Restaurant is just a short walk from the Beach House and we loved that too. We will return! Barb from MN
We were greeted by staff immediately upon our arrival. Very well maintained property.
We appreciated the excellent security guards at the front and back entrances. The accommodations were great and the food and service at the restaurant were excellent.
Great place for the family. right in the middle of the seven mile beach, comfortable jungle home, safe and the very friendly customer oriented staff. One Love and soon come.
The condo was lovely, very clean and equipped with everything we needed for the week. Loved having a kitchen; we did a little grocery shopping so we could make coffee and breakfast in the mornings. Right on a nice quiet beach, further down the beach from the activity at Margaritaville, etc. All the staff was wonderful, very helpful and gracious from arrival to departure. I highly recommend getting a massage from Cecile. She has great hands to get out the knots and tension!! All in all, it was a great choice for celebrating my husband's and my 5th wedding anniversary!
Rooms were clean and beds okay but we could not get more thsn one pillow per person. Description states you can oprn the door to a sea view - there was no sea view as you look straight into thr other condos and curtains were thin and let in the sunshine. The TV did not work (provider's fault) which we needed on because there was thr loudest possible party on the beach next door which went on until 5.30am so none of us slept- would habe been nice if we were warned before we booked. Staff very helpful but ordered room service dinner and it took over 2 hours to arrive. Pity our visit was spoilt as the condo was comfortable.
We had a girls get away and the property was perfect, very clean and well kept the staff is so friendly. This is my new FAVORITE place to stay in Negril and I will definatlely return!
Very nice villas located right on the beach. Stayed with a friend in the jungle house, 2 bed 2 bath. Plenty of room in the villa and it's location allows you to get wherever you need to go without much cab fare. Would stay again when visiting Negril.
The upper beach condo was fantastic, had everything we needed and was beautifully renovated. Top notch view from our balcony and the rooftop terrace!
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The grounds were well kept and secure, just walking through was a pleasure. Coldest beers at the bar and restaurant on the beach.
Will definitely be staying here again!!

Great New Years at Lower Jungle House
My husband and I and my 81 year old father-in-law stayed in the Lower Jungle House from December 30 - January 10, 2017. The location was perfect on the main floor. There was plenty of room for us - nice having our own ensuite bathroom in each room. The condo was clean with nice linens. The bed was really comfortable with good pillows. The maids changed our sheets and blanket every other day. The kitchen could have had a few more items - larger pot, cookie sheet or baking pan and a salad bowl would round things out. The patio of the jungle house was really nice. There is a table with chairs. The condo is surrounded by beautiful trees and grounds - you truly feel like you are in the jungle. The condo is set back from the beach so if you want to get away you can have some peace and quiet. We sat under the covered patio one afternoon when it was raining and had a great time in spite of the rain. My father-in-law sat outside every morning on the patio before we got up with his Blue Mountain Coffee and Rum Cream. The staff were all very friendly. Hardly tending the grounds, James & Bernard at the Beach and Charles at the front gate to name a few. There of course were more but I don't remember everyone's name. Everyone made sure my father-in-law was looked after. Everyday someone would ask how Papa was doing. He felt very special. He even had one of them walk him across the street so he could go to the market. They were worried about him crossing the street with the traffic. That is amazing service! James & Bernard made sure our beach chairs were set out every morning with towels. They watched our beach bag if we wanted to go for a walk. I never felt worried about leaving my belongings on the beach. My father-in law also enjoyed a massage from the Massage Therapist working there. Unfortunately I don't remember her name but he was very happy she could help him with a knot in his back.
We spent quite a bit of time at the Ocean Breeze restaurant bar attached to the Beach House. Lance and Georgia served us every day with smiles. We had an amazing dinner there one night with their special fish dish and curried goat. Breakfast and lunch was also tasty. The location of the restaurant bar is beautiful right on the beach, up 2 steps with a covered patio. Raymond at Dream Catcher Glass Bottom Boat took us on a couple of trips, became a friend and cooked us an amazing lobster dinner. We'll be back next year!
We checked in after hours so we didn't meet the staff but we were greeted by the security Leroy Brown who from the time we arrived till the time we left kept a smile on his face... He laughed and joked with us like he had known us a life time which coming to a foreign country maked us feel right at home and welcomed... He walked us to our condo made sure it was fitting for us told us a little about the property like where the beach was and onsite Resturant and asked if we needed anything at all of course we were starving so we asked about local restaurants etc he gave us several choices based on our desired taste... We drove into town grabbed a bite and while eating all the power went out we were eating in the dark lol but they had candles ready to go lit them and it was great we called it our candle light dinner in Jamaica lol... We got back to the condo lights still out and was greeted by a different security that held a flashlight through the path as we escorted us to our condo so personal also left us with a flash light for the night the lights finally came on and we rested well feeling secure and very comfortable even in a strange place with nooo lights the security team was awesome and made our staying there sooo worth it... So we highly recommend and definitely will look to stay their again when we come back to Jamaica
