Excellent Cost / Reward ratio
Very fair combination of cost and quality. Clean place, polite staff, very helpful management staff. Quality of the food is on a par with peers, overall everything well-done

The food wasn't the best,the all inclusive is not really all inclusive We were refused drinks at the bar as they were "out of stock". Only came to clean the room ones for 7 days.

Dear Anonymous, Overall we are very unhappy to hear that from you.I am sure they apologies for the luck of ''out of stock''drinks .Unfortunatelly due to restrictions cause from COVID19, and mainly for guests and staff healtiness we reduce the regular cleaning to a minimum,only to prevent the spread. I do hope you will give us another chance and visit us again in normal conditions,when we can deliver the customer service that we used to. Kind regards, Polina Petkova FOM
